  • ABOUT UFC/MMA TRAININGS
    ABOUT UFC/MMA TRAININGS

    Statistics indicate that the vast majority of MMA battles go to the ground at some point during the match.
    So, practitioners should be trained enough to be as skillful at defending and attacking even when they are on the canvas The first step of ground fighting is to actually take your enemy to the ground. A few effective techniques like hip throws, leg trips and tackles can help execute this.
    The subsequent step is to have power over your opponent to always be on the advantageous side of the match.
    To finish him totally, submit your opponent with strikes, joint locks or chokes

    About Muay Thai

    Formal Muay Thai techniques are divided into two groups: mae mai or major techniques and luk mai or minor techniques. Muay Thai is often a fighting art of attrition, where opponents exchange blows with one another. This is certainly the case with traditional stylists in Thailand, but is a less popular form of fighting in the contemporary world fighting circuit where the Thai style of exchanging blow for blow is no longer favorable. Almost all techniques in Muay Thai use the entire body movement, rotating the hip with each kick, punch, elbow and block.

    About Brazilian Jujitsu

    With Brazilian jujitsu you enjoy an extra mechanized power to surrender your opponents when still on the floor. The acknowledgement for this kind of fighting goes out majorly to the Gracie family from Brazil, while the origin goes back to the Japanese grappling martial arts. You’ll find many techniques that happen to be common for both jujitsu and judo and this is certainly the explanation why challengers are switching over to MMA. Brazilian jujitsu permits a fighter to submit an opponent with joint locks or chokes.
    With the practitioner’s back on the ground and the contenders on top of them, such techniques can be accomplished from numerous positions.

    Info on Submission Wrestling

    Submission wrestling is a term normally used to describe jujitsu when practiced without a gi (traditional uniform). This sort of form is more attuned with MMA as the dressing style worn complements with the one in MMA tournaments.
    Without having the long sleeves and pant legs of the gi, submission wrestlers ought to conform their techniques so they can grapple devoid of holding on to their opponent’s clothes. Catch wrestling, a western style of grappling is a different term of submission wrestling.

    Greco-Roman Wrestling

    Amongst numerous MMA fighters, Greco-Roman wrestling appears to have been put into practice throughout the world. This form of combating is constrained in its strategies, yet shows you excellent takedown skills and defense. Its Greco-Roman wrestling that teaches a practitioner as to how can he restrain his counterpart while he him self is put in the clinch position or in top position on floor.
    An MMA fighter with mastery over all these techniques can regulate wherever the fight takes place, and usually has the advantage during the match up.

    Sambo and Judo

    In judo, one takes advantage of leg trips and hip throws to have an opponent on the ground. This form also allows you the choice of employing chokes and joint locks to surrender an opponent. MMA has proficiently adapted judo, even so its practiced with a gi today.
    Sambo, a sport from Russia is widely recognized for its joint locks, especially leg locks. Many fighters in Russia take advantage of sambo techniques while on the ground to finish a fight faster. Sambo is, in a number of ways alike MMA.The form integrates striking with grappling and is a suitable form to study for mixed martial arts training.

  • Web camera software detects movement, sounds alarm, captures images, records video, and sends captured images by e-mail

    I'm using camera application. I
    can broadcast Online video to watch my home
    from anyplace.

    Web camera software senses movement, triggers alarm, captures images, records video, and sends captured images by email

    With my new

    webcam application
    , I can run a streaming webcast
    of my room visible from the Internet. This opens up a number
    of opportunities, the surface of which has not even been scratched in today's world. I can use
    this webcast for surveillance purposes, allowing me to see what's going on in my home
    at any time from a remote watching pc.

    As long as I have the webcam
    running and a remote computer with Internet access, I can view the home.
    With the software and the webcam, I can change the options to capture video,
    detect movement (if I don't want to keep the camera running at all times),
    or use a mixture of a online feed and recorded video to realize a protection
    system that takes full benefit of novel technology.

    With a capture card,
    I can easily transmit appropriate video and screenshots to use on
    any computer.

    With delicate data on my station
    and priceless property in my site,
    it only makes sense to have a protection setup that I can monitor whenever I feel that my privacy
    is being compromised. If I owned a small business or lived with roommates, I couldn't imagine
    living without it.

    Broadcasting online video and sound from capture card
    through webcamera server application

    Streaming online video and sound from capture device through camera computer software

    Surveillance software

    If you find yourself with a need to record surveillance video with a camera over an area,

    camera
    computer software

    may be the right choice for you. Using this application, it is possible to set up a
    camera to detect activity and begin recording once it does.

    Depending on your needs, the sights and sounds that are picked up by the camera may be stored on a hard drive, or if the captured video
    needs to be accessible off-site, can be broadcast using the server's broadcasting
    function to a webpage.

    Depending on the quality of the camera and the viewer's video card, the picture that is recorded may be as clear as a high-definition television signal.
    Using a install like this, it is possible to provide a measure of protection for an area while
    the economics of the situation do not justify hiring a security business or setting up a professional monitoring system.

    This

    do-it-yourself approach

    can save money while not compromising on protection.

    New professional security software works with
    any webcamera, Internet cameras, and major capture cards.

    Webcam software identifies activity, triggers siren, captures snapshots, records video, and sends captured images by email

    Security application

    has become so sophisticated that the normal
    user who has been busy minding his business instead of pouring over electronics and internet
    know-how articles can be easily overwhelmed when it comes time to install or renew his security system.

    Luckily, there is modern professional surveillance software that simplifies much of the decision making.
    You don't necessarily have to get rid of a working analog closed circuit TV system in order to renew to a broadcasting
    video that can be monitored from any online connected station or 3G phone. Video capture cards can digitally convert the
    snapshots for webcast. Until yesterday, there had been no real attempts to standardize the new IP
    cameras; every make and manufacturer functioned a tiny differently. And when you connect cameras into the
    merge, using one application to control them all was heavy.

    Professional security software

    is now available that will work for any camera
    or Internet webcam and for most capture cards as well. You can monitor whatever your motion
    sensors are picking up at your room or business while you can be half a globe away.
    The software itself may not be easy, but it can get life simpler for you.

  • Golfer's guide/Newbie's Golfer step by step Guide
    FROM: Adam Tribano (Golf Course Owner and Golf Coach)
    Professional Golfer and Golf Course Owner

    As a golf course owner, I know what it takes to make a good game. I know what a good swing is, I know how to get rid of that annoying slice, and in general I know what it takes to get to into your A-game. Most times learning to golf well is simply about going back to the basics. Today I'm going to talk about some golf learning packages that can teach you how to do just that!

    As a golf course owner, who also works as a personal coach, I sometimes laugh at the ideas people bring with them to improve their game. Everyday I hear someone talking about the latest eBook or video series that they've been using to improve their game, and then I laugh as they golf worse than they did last week.
    The problem isn't that golf learning packages don't work. There are some good ones out there. The real problem is that some of them are poor, and finding the good ones can be difficult. With so many packages that say they can teach you how to golf the variance in quality with these products really does surprise me. With that, let's first talk about what a the latest golf tips package is and is not.

    First, simply buying the latest digital package to learn how to improve your swing, is NOT the answer to your poor game. You still need to practice what program teaches and work to improve your swing.
    Second, NOT everyone needs a golf learning package. If you've already been in the professional circuits, it isn't likely that they will help you much anyway. Most of the learning tools on the market are targeted at beginner to amateur golfers.

    Third, a golf learning package can be an excellent way to get a start in improving your game. There are tools to teach you a better swing, to get rid of that slice, and to improve your overall game. With the right  learning package you will end up with a better handicap, and a better score.

    Fourth, if you don't take the time to choose the right package you're more likely to ruin your game than better it. Some of the learning packages that are touted to be the best way to gain an better swing actually work to make your swing worse. Imagine developing a bad slice, all because you chose to learn from someone who didn't know what they were talking about!

    To help my own customers (and you), I took the time to evaluate the top golf learning products on the market today. To evaluate each product I worked with some golfers who needed help with their game. We based the evaluations on the following criteria.
    • Better Golf - Obviously the main criteria for our evaluations was how well a learning package could improve a game.
    • Focus of the Learning Package - The best packages focus on something specific that can help you improve your game. Higher ratings were given to those that gave more information on one area and then built on that information in other areas.
    • Handicap/Averages - How much did the golf learning package work to improve the learner's game? We measured these with improvements to handicaps and average scores.
    • Ease of Learning - Was the material presented in a way that made it simple to learn and follow?
    • Value - Was the package worth the money we spent? This one was rated by the amount of content, and by how well the content actually taught what it was supposed to.
    • Overall Rating - Based on everything else we gave each learning package an overall rating.
    To perform our evaluations I worked with some golfers who needed to improve their game. Each golfer was given a golf learning package and then sent off to practice with it. To ensure fair testing we actually had each package tested by three people. We then evaluated their progress once a week over the course of two months.

    Below you will find the results from our evaluations for the top golf learning packages available today.

  • The Best Weight Loss program ever/Health Factor / Safe
    I have search for the best weigth loss program and finally i found it you can check this and find the answer for your problem!

    FROM: Amber Friesen (Personal Trainer)
    Works daily with women and men to help them lose weight

    I am a personal trainer who works with both women and men to get them on-track to better health. I know what it takes to stay fit, and I know what it takes to lose weight. Many of my clients come to me with their ideas about the latest fad diet, and personally I am against most of them. There are diets that work, but choosing the wrong diet plan can actually work against you.

    As a personal trainer I am constantly inundated with questions about dieting and losing weight. When you begin to look at these topics, and specifically at dieting, one thing quickly comes to light. There are so many diet plans out there that wading through them all (and choosing one that works) can be extremely difficult. With that, let's first cover what a good diet plan is and what it is not.

    First, a diet plan alone is NOT the only thing you need to stay in good health. It may be able to help you take some weight off, but you should add in a daily exercise plan to be sure you keep that weight off.
    Second, NOT everyone needs a diet plan. For those who just need to shed a pound or two, exercise is the better way to take it off.

    Third, a good diet plan IS an excellent way to lose weight. In fact, if you choose the right diet plan you can may be able to get the figure that you want in just a few months time. The best diet plans will help you to lose weight and stay healthy at the same time. The better plans will also teach you how to keep that weight off and not just lose a few pounds in the short term.

    Fourth, if you don't choose the right diet it could seriously affect your health. Too many of the latest fad diets are actually dangerous, and some of them are so dangerous that they may land you in a hospital. A good diet plan should never negatively affect your health.
    To help you out, along with some people who needed to lose some weight (my clients), I took the time to evaluate the top diet plans on the market today. I based my evaluations on the following criteria.
    • Weight Loss - Obviously the main goal of any diet plan is to lose weight.
    • Health Factor / Safety - Did the diet plan allow you to stay healthy while you worked to lose weight. Really, some fad diets are downright dangerous so safety is a concern when choosing a plan.
    • Ease of Use (Simplicity) - Was it easy to learn how to cook foods for the diet plan? A good diet plan shouldn't require you to become a chef.
    • Long Term Weight Loss - Did the program teach you how to keep the weight off in the longer term.
    • Value for your Money - Programs that teach you how to lose weight cost money. Did the plan give enough content for the cost of the package itself?
    • Motivation Factor - A good program should motivate you to use it, and not just teach you how to cook for your new diet.
    • Enjoyment Factor - Was the diet plan enjoyable? Most diets fail because everything they suggest for you to eat tastes like cardboard. Higher ratings were given to diet plans that suggested food is both tasty and healthy.
    • Overall Rating - Based on all of the above, how well did the program rate?
    To evaluate each diet plan we tested them over a six month period of time. Before anyone used them, I first evaluated the program for safety, and then with the programs deemed safe by me I had five of my clients use each diet plan. To ensure that the evaluations were fair 3 of those who tested each program had more than 100 pounds to lose and 2 had 50 pounds or less to take off. Each month our test subjects were weighed, and they shared their thoughts about their progress (and the diet plan) thus far.

    Below you will find our ratings for the top five weight-loss programs on the market today. These five make up those that were safe, helped my clients to lose weight, and taught them to keep it off. The clear winner from the evaluations was Fat Loss 4 Idiots, but all of the diet plans in our top five helped those who used them to lose weight.

    If you need any help choosing the diet plan that's right for you, please don't hesitate to email me (info@whudzexpertreview.com). I have no problem working with those who are trying to better their own health. Also, once you have started your diet plan, please do contact me and let me know. • Save money/ Energy saver/Going green/Alternative Energy
    Let us save the world lets go green!

    FROM:Miller Britzke (Alternative Energy Engineer)
    Helps Large Businesses to Convert To Green Power

    I am an engineer who works with corporations to help them go green by converting to solar and wind energy. I know what it takes to create an alternative energy plan that works, and I know how to implement those plans.

    As an engineer who works in the realm of alternative energy, there is one thing that often surprises me.The range of quality of information on how to go green is simply astounding. At least once a week, someone will ask me how they can learn how to convert their home, and answering that question can be difficult.

    Simply put, there are literally hundreds of products out there that teach you how to switch a home to solar or wind generated energy. When you look at these products though, only a few of them are worth anything. Converting a home using professionals is an expensive proposition. To compensate many are turning to do-it-yourself books and making the move to go green on their own. With the wide range of information available, let's first discuss what a go-green learning package is and is not.

    First, a program that teaches you to convert your home is NOT the only thing you need. To make the actual conversion you'll still need to follow the guide to building solar panels or windmills or both.

    Second, NOT every home is appropriate for green conversion. If you live in an condo for example you don't have the surface area for solar panels, or the land needed to setup a windmill.

    Third, a package that teaches you how to convert your home IS an excellent way to reduce and even get rid of that monthly power bill. In fact, if you do it right you'll likely generate more energy than you use, and the power company will have to pay you for the power you feed back into the grid. Best of all, if you choose the right methods to convert your home it can be done for very little cost to you.

    Fourth, if you don't take the time to choose the right learning tools then you're just wasting your money. You even run the risk of creating problems for yourself when your real estate value drops due to the non-working solar panels that are covering the roof. Choosing the right tool to learn with is the most important step!

    To help you choose a green power package that works, along with some friends, I have worked to evaluate the top five learning products on the market today. We based my evaluations on the following criteria.
    • Green Power - Obviously our main goal from any power generation project is to generate power. We tested how much power each solar panel and windmill could actually generate
    • Ease of Building - With a package that teaches how to convert a home, the material should be clearly laid out, and the components should be simple to build.
    • Instructional Value - From the above criteria we gave higher ratings to those learning packages that taught us how to go green with ease. The best packages had everything clearly explained, drawn blueprints, and then further explained with how-to videos.
    • Cost Involved - The main reason people choose to convert their home themselves is to save money. We gave much higher ratings to the packages that taught us how to find parts for less.
    • Availability of Parts - Some of the learning packages we tested recommended parts that weren't available. We gave higher marks to those that used parts that were available to anyone (such as at your local hardware store)
    • Time Involved - How long did it take to build each component. We found this had a lot to do with how well the material was explained, but some of the plans just weren't simple enough.
    • Overall Rating - From the above factors we gave each package an overall rating.
    To follow you will find our ratings for the top five products that can teach you how to go green. With each of our evaluations we did take the time to build each component that the book/video suggested, and in the process we converted a home.

    I have many friends who have been bugging me to help them go green. Over a two month period of time (working on the weekends), that's exactly what I did. They paid for the parts and put in most of the work, I paid for the learning materials and helped them along the way.

    The clear winner from our evaluations was Green Power Easy,  but the other four products that made the top five didn't fair too badly either.

  • Water Fuel/Hydrogen/HHO Fuel
    This is One of my top selling product that helped a lot of people world wide!

    FROM:Jason Tyler (Auto Mechanic Team)
    Gas Conversion (Hydrogen/HHO Fuel) Expert

    As a certified mechanic, I know the ins and outs of cars. I also know how easy it is (or isn't) to perform certain conversions on cars, trucks, and big-rigs.
    Ten years ago when I first started experimenting with the different technologies to achieve superior fuel economy, I just took it for granted that getting 50-80 miles per gallon (80 to 129 kilometers) was normal with the water/HHO system installed. Today, with the advent of people selling the do-it-yourself instructions to use water as a fuel supplement, I want to shed some light on what is and what is not possible.
    First, it is NOT possible to drive completely with water (these vehicles are still in production and are very expensive). You will still need fuel. BUT, with the water being converted to hydrogen (also called oxyhdrogen, HHO or Brown's gas) and fed into the engine's air intake, your vehicle will get more miles per gallon (or kilometers per liter) of fuel and you save money on gas.
    Second, it is NOT for everyone. If you do not spend more than $50 a month on gas, it really doesn't make sense.
    Third, you may only get 50-60% increase in fuel efficiency and depending on your vehicle, engine size, your vehicle's increase in fuel efficiency will vary. Yet, with that said, we have had reports from USA and Canada of 113% to 279.3% increases in MPG. You still would have to buy gas each month, but your bill would likely be half to one third of what it is right now.
    Fourth, in our tests of the some of the guides recommended by non-mechanics, some actually damaged the engine or destroyed certain critical engine components, which not only was expensive to fix, but VOIDED the vehicle warranty.
    I and the other mechanics in our shop evaluated 19 different guides based on the following criteria:
    • Mechanically sound design that will withstand daily use of the vehicle.
    • An increased gas mileage and money savings.
    • Very inexpensive and easy for a beginner.
    • Clean emissions (which help protect the environment).
    • Produce the maximum amount of HHO (oxyhydrogen or "Brown's gas").
    • Work with 99% of new and used vehicles on the market today (including fuel/carb injection, petrol, gas, and hybrids).
    • Has successfully been used on vehicles around the world using petrol, diesel, or gasoline.
    • Faster vehicle acceleration.
    • Stronger torque or engine power.
    • Works in freezing temperatures.
    • Eliminates engine "nock" or "ping".
    • Does NOT damage the vehicle warranty.
    • Compatible with IRS requirements to REALLY get you tax rebates to pay for the conversion.
    • REALLY can be removed or installed in minutes from your car's engine compartment.
    • Eliminate carbon deposits from unused fuel.
    • You get rights to the system to build and distribute the kits for personal use or profit.
    Below, I give you recommendations of the top conversion guides that my team has tested and that meet all of the criteria above.

    Knowledge is power, and even if you are not an expert in cars, I believe you can do the conversion! And I congratulate you because each person who does this conversion is contributing to a cleaner environment.

    To your saving money on gas,

    Jason Tyler (and team)

  • Common Mistakes of a Networker
    Are You Committing The Same Mistake Most Network
    Marketers Make At The Start Of Their MLM Home Business?

    Now that you've signed on the (network company) to start an MLM Business, how does it work?

    You've just signed an independent distributorship contract that says you're licensed to market the company's products or services and you're also licensed to build a distribution channel of marketers to bring those products or services to the consumer market place.

    This contract explicitly says that you're not an employee to the company. You don't derive a salary, benefits, or any other compensation other than what you are entitled as more products or services are sold. Your compensation is directly proportionately to your ability to move products/services from your provider MLM company.

    The problem is that most of us are trained to think in terms of "being employees" as opposed to thinking as "business owners". MLM companies understand that it is easier to train people to be employees than entrepreneurs because that's what we're taught to become in our early years of adulthood. So most people still continue to have an employee mindset even though they are now full fledge independent MLM business owners.

    Here's a mindset change that you as a network marketer distributor needs to have if you are to become a successful Start Up MLM home business owner.

    You must treat your mlm business as your own enterprise or company separate from your provider MLM company.

    When you signed those papers from your company, you became an Independent Representative. You've been asked to conduct your business in a manner that is in alignment with the company's policy. While the company implements these policies, at the same time, it treats you as if you were an employee. Meaning, that the training, tools, and techniques to promote company's products and/or services are made available to YOU to guarantee the success of the company's business first and foremost and not necessarily your own success.

    Regardless of where you are in your business: just started or have a large organization; this mindset should carry you and help you avoid the traps and save you money.

    Most importantly use this mindset to guide yourself as you run your business. Ask yourself, if I spend this money what is my return on my investment? Don't allow yourself be moved by the hype and the emotions. Don't let an upline leader entice you to spend your money if the rationale behind his/her line of thinking is not there.

    I am not saying that you should not bet for the company's success, on the contrary you should. What I am saying is that you should treat your network marketing business as your own company, just the same way as your provider company treats its business.

    Your actions should be guided by this principle. Ask yourself. If my provider ever goes out of business, would I still be in business or would I be out of business, too? If you run your business as your own, you should be able to use another provider's services or products without any interruptions to your customers. You should always thrive for that. This is the concept of independence, become the CEO of your own distribution company.

    When you realize this concept, you can begin to see holes in many techniques used in network marketing. They're just not designed to benefit your distribution channel company. However, they are designed to benefit your provider company or your upline leaders. Take a look at marketing to your friends and family for instance. How can you build a business when you are taught to market to a handful of consumers who by the way might or might not have any interests in your products or services? What happens after you run out of your warm market, what then? Do you see the hole in that thought?

    The wisdom of this rationale is that you should work your business like any other business even a network marketing business, guide your actions as a CEO of your own distribution company, so that your own company benefits the most.

  • The Crucial Stages That Make Recruiting Your Warm Market A Daunting Task.
    As we embark on a network marketing business, one of the techniques taught is to draft a list of friends and family members as mlm leads for your business.

    In order to build a solid business in network marketing, it is necessary to have access to a list of responsive mlm leads that are interested in whatever you as the network distributor is marketing.

    The problem with warm market marketing is that your friends and family members are usually the hardest market to approach and the least responsive.

    Here are the crucial stages that make recruiting your warm market a daunting task because of the prolonged prospecting timeline you must endure to get them in. As you talk about the possibility to earn some income with your business, you should be aware of these levels of readiness your prospect needs to go through.

    Disbelief:

    As you first approach your mlm leads that you created out of your warm market, their first reaction is not to believe a word you say about making money with your opportunity. It gets even more difficult when you do this second, fourth, or even fifth time around. They see you coming and begin to avoid you because they know you're about to pitch them. Some would even not welcome you in their homes if you don't let up.

    Curiosity:

    In the fortunate event that your business survives its first 6 months and they see you still at it, their curiosity peeks. On occasions, they would ask….So how is your business going?". What they're saying here is….Uum, you have been doing this for a while, either you're very tenacious or are making some money to sustain doing what you're doing this long.

    Verification:

    As time goes on, they would want to know how you do what you do. They'd agree to come to an opportunity meeting, ask you for more information, or see a brochure, etc. Their mindset is a casual approach as to not to get committed to anything.

    Surprise:

    If they can experience your products as consumers, they might get to realize the benefits of that consumption. Often times, this is difficult because they'd prefer to try the products for free because of your close relationship with these mlm leads. If you can get them to use your products or get them to see your paycheck and if it is worthwhile in their eyes, they will be surprised of your position.

    Envy:

    Besides the money in network marketing, the lifestyle that you can lead can trigger a great deal of envy among your warm market. They've witnessed your development and they do wonder how you could have managed while they were still sitting idle having been skeptical about your experience all along.

    Respect:

    Your mlm leads now have seen how you work your business, have seen the commitment you have to it, and also have seen the time investment you have put into growing your business. They'll respect your focus and your motivation as someone who has done different things with the same background as they have.

    Anticipation:

    Being that these mlm tips and network marketing tools are available to anyone who has the drive to want to build a business, your warm market would begin to wonder if the same positive experience can happen to them. They'd see you as a role model, as someone to learn from, and as someone who can guide them through the same level of success.

    Participation:

    Once your warm market has done their due diligence and are convinced that the opportunity is also open to them, then this is the most adequate time for you to recruit your warm market mlm leads into your business. In fact, they'll be expecting preferential treatment and network marketing tips as downline members because of the sole reason they're your relatives and friends.
    Approaching the people you know to sell them on your new business is extremely difficult. These are people that know you, are familiar with your lifestyle, the car you drive, the house where you live, and the work you do. It is difficult to entice any kind of response from them when you have personally not created the success you would preach them about. You first would need to prove yourself to them before they'd take you seriously.

    Because warm market marketing has a longer prospecting timeline, the best course of action is to leave it alone initially and concentrate on cold targeted prospects. Research where the potential buyers for your products are, how to attract that market based on their own desires and needs for what you market. Promote the merits and benefits of your products to that sector of the market. Once you begin to have success with your business, your warm market will notice the changes. They'll pound your front door to grill you how they can participate in your business as well.

  • Benefits Of An MLM Program
    There is an important lesson to be learned from traditional business that can be applied to Network Marketing. I'd like to discuss 10 benefits that make running a business in multi level marketing your best option as a start up business.

    Use these benefits to promote your MLM Program to anyone inquiring about your products or services who would like to generate an income promoting those same products or services.

    They're:

    1. Relative Small Amount Of Risk:
    The difference between an employee and a business owner is that the business owner creates his own possibilities while the employee accepts the possibilities imposed on him.

    There is a certain amount of inherited risk involved when you become an entrepreneur. We are confronted with losing money, wasting time, not being in profit right away, etc. In a traditional brick and mortal business, the startup cost associated with opening that business is what holds many people back from becoming the creators of their own destiny.

    Have you checked how much of a startup cost to get involved in a new business, say for instance an Internet Café? I once considered doing that, but I was held back because of the costs to get it running.

    People do not like risk and try to avoid it by all means. We'd like a "guaranteed bet" and stay within "our safe zone". In business, you don't eliminate risks, you learn to minimize them.

    In some cases some people end up in a Loan Company but with a credibility like a Secured Loan,but they will consult a attorney with the expert they make sure that they have a full knowledge before taking actions....

    The advantage of starting an MLM Program is that there is a small risk to get started. With a couple of hundred dollars, it is possible to get started with a company of your choice, marketing products or services that you yourself consume already. The amount of financial commitment is insignificant compared to that of traditional business.

    The rewards in network marketing in relationship with the risk taken are well justified.

    2. A Huge Demand For Good Quality Products Or Services:

    There are a myriad of network marketing companies that promote very good products. When I decide on a company, I always ask myself:

    Would I still consume these products/services if there was not an opportunity to market them?

    Do these products bring any benefits to a consumer besides the opportunity to make money under an mlm affiliate program?

    Would I bring "value" to my customers if they consume these products?

    If there is one thing we can learn from traditional business is this... Every business needs repeat customers even an MLM Program.

    We as distributors ONLY get paid when we find consumers of our products and when these customers continue that consumption, we then create that residual income.

    3. Residual Income:
    I am sure that you pay your gas, your electricity, your phone bill every single month. These are the types of services that for the most part provide an ongoing stream of residual income for these companies and we consumers of these services in many cases, can not be without them.

    The greatest advantage of an MLM Program is that it gives you an opportunity to enjoy residual income just like those companies do. When the initial effort of getting a new customer is completed, you can enjoy the residual part of that business relationship.

    We are so used to trading our time for wedges that we often times don't see the potential residual income of an MLM Affiliate Program. With MLM not only the rich have access to residual money, but by direct selling your products, you can also claim your share of the residual income pie.

    4. The Income Potential:
    There is no cap on how much money you can generate. In my corporate jobs, my big limitation was that regardless how hard I worked for these companies, my income was tied to a "market standard" for someone with my skills. I could never be allowed to make more money than my immediate boss.

    In an MLM Program, that's not the case. It is up to you to decide how much you want to earn. A company doesn't hold you back in the same way the corporate environment does. As long as you have the skills set of a trained network marketer, you make that decision based on your stamina, energy, and your willingness to help others.

    The skills set is key, once you trained yourself to become a marketer, you can market anything you choose and generate that income you seek.

    5. No employees to hire:
    By far, this is a clear advantage over traditional businesses. An mlm affiliate program is a business of people independently working together.

    Without any employees, it's possible to build a business right from home. No employee nightmares such as lateness, quitting, injuries, insurance, or the costs involved. This industry give you that added benefit, be in business without employees concerns, by having a network of independent business owners working together towards a common goal.

    6. No inventory:
    Traditionally Network Marketing companies would have distributors stack up on inventory. This concept alone has given the industry a bad wrap for years. However, modern companies would capitalize on the technology and tools we have in place today to avoid having distributors stack up on inventory. Among them, we have:

    Internet Telephony
    The Internet
    Drop Shipping Ability
    Consumer Leads
    Conference Lines
    Web Conference
    High Speed Internet Access

    When selecting your best mlm program, no stacking up on inventory should be among the factors to consider. It'll make your business more agile to any market condition shifts.

    7. Low operating Costs:
    The network marketing model makes possible to run a business at low costs compared to any other business model. This is where your upline support should come in. A GOOD upline mentor should allow you to piggyback on his expertise, on his knowledge, on his leads, and help you generate the funds to pay off your initial investment and get in profit early in the life of your business.

    8. Leverage:

    Your MLM Program is a:

    people business
    business of appointments
    business of helping consumers find what they have the need for
    business of helping others create businesses.
    You reap the rewards of helping by leveraging the efforts of those you help. Your success in business is predicated on the success of those businesses. This develops a collective mindset that promotes "win-win" relationships.

    9. Portability:
    With the advent of technology, we can do today what distributors 10 years ago could not - make our business portable.

    Have you ever wanted to move to a location where the employment profile was not attractive economically? Your MLM Affiliate Program now gives you the chance to live where you like without the constant economic fluctuation of the area.

    We now have a phone technology that allows you to take your telephone and move it anywhere you like transparently to your customers.

    As long as you have broadband access to the Internet (DSL or Cable), you can take your computer, your phone, and continue doing business while you are on the road driving your car (make sure your driving it with "car insurance benefit" lol...), on vacation, or visiting relatives whether that be in another city or another country! Do you see the added benefits?

    10. The attainable freedom that is possible:
    Imagine having a productive business in network marketing providing you with a lifestyle that only the rich and famous enjoy. When all the pieces are in place, the life of a marketer can be very fulfilling indeed.

    That's the dream every new distributor chases and it is only attainable when there is a clear understanding of how to get there and when your skills are sharp.

    There you have them, the 10 benefits you can outline to any customer to join you in your MLM Program. It is not just the money, but the fulfillment of that lifestyle that makes an MLM Affiliate Program the best business to get in, period!

    thanks for reading.....

    MAKING the Time to Do Your MLM Deal

  • MAKING the Time to Do Your MLM Deal

    If there's one thing about MLM that's become crystal-clear to me recently during the past several months - it's the dilemma of finding the time to do my MLM business.

    With the advent of coordinating the construction of a room-addition on our house, having my wife spend five weeks in the hospital to delay the birth of our twin boys, and then have our boys spend two months in the hospital intensive care nursery, AND constructing a website for my wife's home- based business...life has been - to put it lightly...busy.

    But you know what?

    We're all 'busy'.

    And to you, as a beginning networker working that list of MLM leads you just bought, those are all just excuses.

    Especially if you're the person on the other end of my phone and were wanting me to join you in your fledgling MLM home- based biz-op.

    I'll explain...

    If you asked me to join you on your path to success with your main company and I came up with all that stuff in order so that I could give you the impression that I was 'just too busy'...well, it would just be MLM human nature for you to view all that as another excuse from a prospect.

    MLM human nature that would cause you to say "NEXT!" and then move on to your next cold-call prospect.

    But what if I said to you something to the effect of...

    "I can't do that multilevel marketing stuff right now, the basketball finals are just starting on four satellite channels."

    or...

    "I'm in the middle of reading this really cool book, call me later."

    or...

    "I can't do that prospecting stuff in the evening, I have to go to bed early so I can get a good night's sleep and be rested for work tomorrow."

    or...

    "I can't make those calls to those fresh MLM leads on the east coast first thing tomorrow morning. I have to have breakfast and read my daily morning newspaper."

    Pretty lame excuses, eh? I wouldn't blame you if you wrote off anyone saying that kind of stuff.

    But you know what?

    How many of you 'busy' yourself up with that kind of stuff on a daily basis?

    How many hours a week do YOU spend watching the television, or reading the newspaper or that favorite novella every day or still thinking you need eight to nine hours of sleep EVERY night?

    I'll hazard a guess that most of you do. Heaven knows, I did at one time.

    There was a time before I got serious about networking and working my multilevel business that I too thought that I 'had' to watch 2-3 hours of television every day. And sleep a good eight hours in order to feel rested and last through the next day. And to get up and start my day by reading the depressing news in the newspaper for about a half hour to an hour.

    I did this EVERY day.

    And then I'd complain that I didn't have enough time to 'do things'...

    ...Like work my new MLM business.

    ...Like prospect for prospects.

    ...Like contact the ones that wanted me to contact them.

    ...Like read the stuff to help me be strong in my business dealings.

    ...Like work the phone and call back people who had left messages for me to call THEM.

    When I realized that there was only going to be one way that I would 'find' more time in my days...things changed.

    My MLM business changed.

    How I spent my days changed.

    The results I had in life changed.

    Instead of sleeping 8 to 9 hours every day...I decided that I only needed 4 to 6 hours of sleep to get through each day.

    Instead of reading the newspaper for almost an hour every day...I read books that built me up as a human being and that benefitted me in every corner of my life. Not just my MLM business.

    Instead of watching 2 to 3 hours of the tube every day ...I now watch about one hour of television A MONTH.

    Am I bragging?

    No.

    Was it tough to give this stuff up?

    It was like coming off an addiction. It was as if someone was asking me to give up a piece of my-self.

    Was it worth it?

    Darn right it was!

    So...

    Can you do the same?

    Only you know the answer to that one.

    How badly do you want to find the hours to work your multi-level business each and every week?

    How badly to you want to stop hiding behind the excuse that you're 'too busy'?

    How badly do you want to move beyond where you are now (which incidentally is a continuing repeat of where you were many times before)?

    It takes persistence, guts, and the 'gotta wanna' drive in order to fully change your life.

    Change what you want...and you change your thoughts.

    Change your thoughts...and you 'change' your mind.

    Change your mind...and you change yourself.

    Change yourself...and you change your life.

    Change your life...and you are MAKING your world.

    What world do you want to make from now on?....

    How badly do you want your world to include a viable, working, successful MLM business venture that takes the heat off of you to provide for yourself and/or your family in this world?

    How willing are you to start looking for where you can find that 7 to 10 hours to begin a genuine effort to give yourself what you desperately want to hold in your life.

    Freedom.

    Lifestyle.

    Health.

    Family.

    Peace of mind.

    (fill-in-the-blank).....

    If you've already trimmed your life like I'm talking about above, then Bravo! for you.

    But,....

    If you haven't, then I offer you these last few words.

    If you've read what I've written and you think that I'm absolutely wacko for writing it and you're going to hit the 'back' button on your browser right now...all I ask is for you to think about one thing tomorrow, before you do anything drastic.

    When you get up tomorrow morning and are reading your daily blast of 'news' while eating breakfast...

    ...and you're relaxing in front of the television after your busy day at the J.O.B. or after a long day at home looking after the rugrats...

    ...and when you are hitting the sack at night for your daily long dose of zzzz's....

    ...think about what I wrote for you today.

    Ask yourself --

    -- "How is this activity (T.V./sleeping/junk reading) helping me get what I want out of my MLM business?"

    After asking that and after thinking about it, if you discover that you are in the eeniest, tiniest, smallest way wondering how to make this MLM stuff work out better for you...

    Begin with this small step...

    Begin to change your life by changing what you want. You'll find that 'finding the time' will become second nature for you. Those seven to twenty hours EVERY week will just pop up in your life like magic.

    And just wait until you discover for yourself what you can then 'busy' yourself with trying to fill them up.

    Hmmmm....

    Your MLM business, perhaps?...

    How to make money online?

  • "MLM?...Nope. Sorry. Too Busy."

    I was having a conversation with my wife the other day, not about MLM. Rather, she was conversing with me through a rather interrogational way. She's known to do that sometimes with me. Especially when the issue at hand is about my MLM biz.

    Anyway, she was asking about priorities in my life and when I thought about what she was asking me it suddenly occurred to me that when I answered a part of her question by stating that 'I didn't have time' for what she was thinking I should be doing... I realized that I had actually lied to her without knowing it.

    You see, I've written about this before and I'll do so here.

    We all have the time to do our business. The real (and more accurate) question is do we make it a 'priority'?

    I know you've almost all heard before from your guru upline triple-chocolate double-diamond star-command leader that a new distributor can either choose to treat their new business as a hobby, or they can choose to treat it for what it is... a business.

    Treat it like a hobby and make 'hobby' income, if any at all.

    Treat it like a business and make potential 'gangster' money, if at all.

    Now, with this small insight I had after conversing with my loved one I would like you to think of this hobby/business stuff as more appropriately a 'priority/not a priority' issue.

    I'll explain.

    You see, if you haven't yet already you're going to come across whole boatloads of folks (a.k.a. prospects) who are going to reply/yell/scream/swear back at you...

    "Look... I just don't have the time so quit bugging me and don't ever call/talk to me again about your new biz".

    Now I would like to ask you (rhetorically anyway :-), does that Jane/Joe prospect really not have the time to do a biz deal with you? In some cases... yes. But in the vast majority of cases... no.

    Think about it. What do you do when *you* don't want to do something?

    I know, I know... silly question...

    "Duh, Andre, when I don't want to do something I, ah, DON'T DO IT!"

    I deserved that answer.

    But my point here is that when you truly don't want to do something there is something going on beneath the surface of your inaction. You see, you're not only not doing what you don't want to do - you're also making a decision that what you're choosing to not do is also, for the moment at least, not important enough for you to take up your valuable time to do.

    Essentially, you're deciding that the proposed task at hand is not a 'priority'.

    And what does it mean when something is not a priority?

    ...It means that that something is not important enough to start and/or finish.

    ...It means that that particular something is not ranking high enough in your daily scheme of things to actually dedicate or set-aside time to do it.

    ...It means that although it might be important to get done there are other things that you've decided are more important and they are going to get done instead of the proposed task-at-hand.

    ...It means that even though the task-at-hand might be a bona-fide way for you to actually make $800,000 your first week in your MLM deal (joke :-), it just doesn't turn your crank or press your buttons enough to get you into action to do something about it.

    Now, let's continue and apply this to your fledgling MLM deal.

    ~~~~
    Let's get back to that Jane/Joe prospect situation.
    They're telling you that they don't have the 'time' to do your deal.
    ----~~~~==== Comment ====~~~~----
    Just yesterday I received an unsubscribe to my auto-responder on my main deal.
    The fellow unsubscribing was nice enough to write a small note along with his unsubscribe request...
    "Not interested. I work full-time."
    (Ya gotta wonder about folks sometimes )
    ---~~~=== Comment - End ===~~~---
    Now that you're armed with the information I just provided you with above... you now know that they're just using this 'time' response as an excuse.
    What they're really saying is that they don't have starting a biz up on their priority list. It may be on the list, don't get me wrong, it's just not at or near the top of the list. Not high enough to actually get them into action and considering your deal. Or someone else's.
    Instead they tell folks who contact them (after THEY requested to be contacted in most cases nonetheless!) that they don't have time.
    That's fine. Leave 'em alone.
    ----~~~~==== Comment ====~~~~----
    This kind of reminds me of a conversation I overheard one day while living down here in Arizona where the wearing of helmets while driving/riding on a motorcycle is strictly (and legally) voluntary.You can consult (Phoenix dui attorney)
    (I know, some of you might be thinking 'If they're stupid enough to drive a 150-horsepower engine on wheels without a helmet... let 'em face the consequences of bugs in-between the teeth and the results from crashing the bike.'
    Well, unfortunately, once they open up their silly little noggin's on the asphalt roadway when they lay the bike down at 75 mph we Arizonians are all stuck with paying for the medical rehabilitation costs. Strange laws we have here in the U.S.of A., eh?)
    I digressed off of my digression. Sorry.
    Anyway, the conversation I overheard was...
    Concerned 'Person A' (after seeing a non-helmeted rider just arrive in a shopping mall parking lot): "Do you think we should go over there and tell that guy what could happen to him if he crashes while riding his motorcycle? Do you think we should tell him it's not safe to be riding his motorcycle without a helmet?"
    Non-concerned 'Person B': "Why do that?... Don't you think he ALREADY made the decision to not wear a helmet?"
    Good response. Person B made a keen insight into human thinking.
    ---~~~=== Comment - End ===~~~---
    Okay, back to this time stuff.
    How can this insight help you specifically grow your biz? Well, how about you now really know what the vast majority of, if not all, people are *really* saying when they answer your request to join their deal and they say they 'don't have the time'.
    Does that make them a bad person? NO, of course not.
    Does that make them a liar? Well, let's be nice here.
    I would venture a guess that they don't truly know just exactly what they are saying with their answer. Just like I didn't know at first when I answered my lovely wife's question about my biz.
    I truly believed I didn't have enough time to do certain things that she thought I should be doing. But what was actually happening wasn't that I didn't have the time to do the actions she thought I should be able to do -- rather I wasn't making these enough of a priority to allow me to actually decide to TAKE the time to do them.
    Interesting twist there wasn't it.
    So, digging deeper here...
    When a prospect tells you that they don't have the time to do your deal with you, you now know that your deal is not important enough for them to do.
    At least for right now.
    They don't have doing a biz up there on their priority list. They may *want* to do one. But not right now because if they did they truly would make the time to work with you.
    It's pretty simple when you think about it.
    Obviously, we're all humans (duh :-) and as humans we mostly don't want to hurt others feelings. So we tell that little white lie to those others and also to ourselves. Instead of doing the work and figuring out for ourselves what it is that we actually want to be doing in life, we would mostly rather go along and take the easy route and just tell ourselves that we don't have the time to do certain things.
    Certain things that would have major impact on our life and existence on this plane. If only we made them a priority.
    I know that this is tough to see for some of us. I know that this is why we're told to take the six things we want to do that day and prioritize them from most to least important. Even though they may all be important to us still just categorize them from one to six on the list. And then do number one and don't move on to the next one until that one is completed. Totally done.
    THAT is a good way to figure out one's priorities for that day. But again...
    THAT is a lot of focused work to complete that task.
    And most folks won't truly have 'doing a biz' up there EVERY day on their list of six priority things to do.
    THAT my friends is what should help you, again, to know in another way how to sift and sort those prospects as you work your biz.
    Don't fight with your MLM prospects.
    Don't argue with them.
    Don't 'overcome that objection' of not enough time.
    Rather, just accept what they say. Because now you know what they are truly saying.
    ...And then just move on to the next MLM prospect. And hey, what the heck, just come back to that person in a few months or so and ask them again what's up in their life and if they truly show interest in your deal, maybe they now 'have the time'.
    Right?
  • MLM Means...
    ( This MLM article was written shortly after the 9/11 event)
    M.L.M. Means... Many Lives Mourned
    I'm a Canadian living in the United States for the last dozen years. This is where I've called home for my family and where my three sons were born. And although I am not a homegrown American I was deeply affected by the terrorist events that transpired in the World Trade Center/Pentagon/ Pennysylvania area.
    What struck me most about these events was the utter senselessness of it all. To me, any loss of lives in an incident like that is absolutely senseless. I don't care what someone's 'reason' for doing something is.
    That doesn't give them permission.
    I believe the incidents occurring at the World Trade Center and the Pentagon will be recorded in the history books as one of America's pivotal watershed moments.
    Think about it.
    Multiple thousands of innocent lives ended during a one-hour period of time. A loss of this magnitude has not occurred for a long, long time on American soil.
    Essentially the entire world, at least the global traveling population for the time-being, has been impacted by this event. What country in the world that uses air transportation will ever be able to again see their flying iron behemoths as just another alternative method of quickly getting from point A to point B? I doubt that world air travel on a global scale will ever be the same again.
    Now is a loss of this magnitude unprecedented? Of course not.
    Almost 500,000 Americans die from smoking related illness every year. About 60,000 of those who die are not even smokers, they die from second-hand smoke. Tens of thousands more are murdered from acts of violence and from accidents involving moving vehicles and accidents in the home. Every year.
    Year after year.
    I saw an investigative report on television recently that revealed that a country in the Southern Hemisphere (the name of the country escapes me) is having a civil war that has caused an estimated loss of lives in the millions during the past several years.
    Millions of lives.
    And is this front-page news in America? No.
    And why not? Because it's happening somewhere else. It's not 'home territory' to Americans. But this is not an 'American mind-set thing' mind you. So don't think that only Americans are a bunch of myopic (short-sighted) folks.
    HUMANS are a bunch of myopic folks.
    We're only thinking of our own and ourselves so generally what goes on in the rest of the world goes on, for the most part, unnoticed.
    Now I'll step off my soapbox and get into the depth of this insight and how it relates to you and your MLM business.
    ~~~~

    M.L.M. Means... Mighty Lesson Made

    I still have the need to go to a J.O.B. to earn a living. I'm not where most of us want to be and why we start this whole deal in craziness with our main program. At least not yet.

    My work happens to cause me to be working for the local municipal government in a high-rise downtown. I'm on the street side of the building, on the fourth floor.

    During the last two weeks I found that I left the building at the end of the day very disturbed internally. This occurred each week to the point where I found myself getting very emotional and just having to release feelings in order to function properly. These days that didn't seem like the 'me' that I am.

    I realized that we had a bomb scare about one block away from my office several days after the World Trade Center/Pentagon incident, but that wasn't what seemed to be continually eating away at me.

    It took me over a week to figure it out but I finally did.

    Of course it had to relate to the incident at the World Trade Center and the Pentagon, but it seemed that this was impacting me on a somewhat individually personal basis.

    You see, the part of all of this that really affected me was that all of those people, those innocent people, were just minding their own business. They were doing what most of us do. They were working for a living. They were earning a living. They were supporting themselves and their families and loved ones. They were contributing to the American economy and paying taxes like everyone does.

    They went to work that day just like any other day. Another day at the J.O.B.

    I know there were visitors in the building, but they too were probably mostly in the building conducting business for an offsite business they worked for. I'm assuming most of this, but I hope you get the gist of what I'm saying.

    Regardless. These folks were just sitting there and working. I realized that that too was what I was doing every day in my office cubicle up there on the fourth floor of that municipal office building.

    I was doing what I've been doing most of my adult life so far, working for someone else and going to the daily drudgery of my office work and eking out a living to support my family and my other commitments. I too was going to work and minding my own business.

    Each day I found myself going to work I found myself thinking "what would happen if this were MY last day on this planet. What would I have for MY family?"

    I found myself thinking, "sure I'm working on my biz, and sure I'm working on my prospecting but what am I really doing to make it all come together. Am I doing all that I really can do in the time allotted to make it all work for me? Am I getting closer to seeing what it is I started all this stuff for?"

    I continued to think like that and I kept thinking of all those unfortunate folks who didn't have say in what was going to happen to them. The decision that ended their lives so abruptly was not theirs to make.

    What I'm getting at here is for you to begin to ask yourself exactly what it is that you are hoping to get out of your MLM biz. What is it that caused you to pick up your torch and join the Freedom call to self-employment in your home based biz? What was it that made you say, "I'm doing this. This is going to work for me because I'm going to work it"?

    What is it for you that keeps you in the game?

    I think I know.

    Freedom.

    Freedom of choice.

    Freedom of lifestyle.

    Freedom of income.

    Freedom to be.

    Freedom to travel, work and/or play when you want.

    Freedom to make your day your way.

    Freedom....whatever and all that it means to you.

    No matter how you slice it that is why we all join this deal.

    I know, I know we want to believe it's the money. But what's the money for? To do what we want when we want. There's that freedom-to-do stuff. Again.

    Isn't that what we're being led to believe that those folks in New York and the Pentagon died because of? Freedom?

    The Freedom that America represents to her people and inhabitants?

    The freedom to choose.

    The freedom to make OUR lives what we want to when we're ready to pick up the torch.

    The freedom to create OUR futures as we see them and doing it with whatever means we see fit and true.

    Freedom in every sense of the word.

    And I ask you... Isn't that what networking is all about?

    Freedom.

    Freedom from the ties that bind.

    Freedom from the work collar.

    Freedom from the rat-race.

    Freedom from having to do whatever someone tells you to do every day.

    Freedom from having a boss.

    Freedom from having someone else decide your future.

    All that stuff.

    ~~~~
    M.L.M. Means... Make Life Meaningful
    Let's now cross the borders of the world and relate this to the whole concept of networking. Networking is not just an American thing. It's a global thing. I'd bet that most every country in the world has the freedom of network marketing available to them.
    Since you're reading this eReport I'd bet that you have it available to you where you live.
    Network marketing is freedom for people around the world. It's not an American thing. Americans don't have exclusive rights to freedom in MLM. Anyone who chooses to accept the MLM torch-carrying has the opportunity to create their freedom.
    THAT is what MLM is all about. No matter how you slice it.
    No matter how you go about building your business and how long it takes you to do it. MLM is about Freedom. And this is an inalienable right for those who choose to work this business.
    When you're successful in MLM, when you're a heavy, you'll be free in every sense of the word. Regardless of where you live, what language is your primary one, what deal you're working, or what wares you're hocking. You'll be free.
    Think about it.
    Think about what you have to offer people who are still going to their nine to five or seven to seven. Think about what you have to offer all those office-bound cubicle workers who don't know that there is a way out of the trench they've unknowingly dug for themselves.
    Think about what kind of an impact you could have on this insidious evil that seems to exist in the world and is hell- bent on fighting a war based on combating the effects of Freedom. If you're in MLM, wherever you are on this planet, you are a part of this battle for Freedom.
    By default YOU are for it. Others are against it.
    Since you chose to pick up the baton and run with it by joining your deal, wouldn't it be great to pass it off to someone who chooses to run this race with you? Someone willing to take that baton from you and run with it all the way to THEIR finish line?
    All the way to Freedom...
    Whatever THAT translates into for them?
    Would it feel great for you to be that person who gives this incredible gift of MLM to that person and forever change their life for the better and free them from the work-for-a- living shackles?
    Think about it.
    Think what you can do if you just continue to remember, on a daily basis, what MLM is all about and what the backbone of it is...
    ...MLM is BUILT on freedom.
    THAT'S the spark that ignites the fire in each of our hearts. That's the glowing ember that you see in the eyes of a beginning networker.
    And that can be YOUR cause with all this. Do your part to fulfill what it is that got you into this stuff in the first place.
    There are so many people out there in the world who don't know what networking has to truly offer them. They are the ones that shouldn't get lost in the shuffle and not be given the chance to bring themselves home to their families and loved ones with a truly possible way to make that happen.
    MLM is that vehicle that can make that happen for them. But you're the driver of your vehicle and it's up to you to ensure that you reduce the many lives missed during past MLM'ers prospecting efforts by at least one.
    Every so often bring one more person into the world of MLM. Bring them to the world of possible, plausible personal Freedom. Show them that this is what MLM offers the average worker-bee.
    Regardless of the country that person resides in. And regardless of whether that person works in an office building, a factory, a kitchen, a medical center, a cornfield, or a potato farm.
    When you joined your deal you picked up the Freedom torch, some time ago, if not recently. Pass the baton to those prospects you meet.
    Let them find out what freedom is all about. And why YOU won't let the spirit behind all those lives brutally taken from this world at the World Trade Center/Pentagon/ Pennsylvania area fade from anyone's memory any time soon.
    Good luck.
    I hope this insight was helpful with your business efforts.
  • The Right Time to BE Successful in MLM
    Recently I was watching one of Bob Proctor's videos (not about MLM) from his 'Born Rich' seminars and was hit with this powerful insight.
    In the very last video of the video set Bob walked on stage with an hourglass and set it on the podium he was standing next to.
    He proceeded to explain the concept of the hourglass and how it dramatically changed his life when he reflected on what was contained within the 'concept' of this time-keeping object.
    I'll explain.
    You see, I got my insight the night after I watched the video.
    There was something about his simple explanation of the hourglass concept. And yet when I was watching the video I couldn't quite put my finger on exactly what it was that was trying to break free into my conscious mind.
    Regardless, I did have the breakthrough and it just about floored me.
    You see, when Bob showed us the hourglass, he was actually showing us 'time'.
    Yes, time.
    Second by second and then minute by minute the hourglass is a way to actually SEE time.
    Sound weird?
    I'll explain more.
    ~~~~
    You see, the hourglass is just that. An hourglass shaped object, usually made out of glass and shaped like a cylinder that had a string tightly pulled across it's midsection as the glass was drying after being blown into shape. The top and the bottom of the hourglass are sealed, but only after one of them is mostly filled with a small grainy material, usually sand.

    Hence, 'the sands of time'.

    The small midsection is large enough to only allow a couple or a few grains of sand to fall through the 'opening' at any particular time.

    Eventually, when the hourglass has been standing upright for a lengthy period of time, all of the sand has dropped from the upper half of the hourglass into the bottom half of the hourglass.

    If a person wants to do the dropping of the sand again, they only need turn the hourglass upside-down and the process starts all over.

    Now, let's get to the good stuff.

    ~~~~
    Picture in your mind the hourglass standing upright. The sand is dropping into the lower chamber. Grain by grain.
    Grain.
    After grain.
    After grain.
    After grain...
    Partial second by partial second by partial second.
    A perfect time-piece. Regardless of what is being timed.
    The hourglass keeps 'working' as long as there is sand in the upper chamber and the hourglass is kept upright.
    Now, you need to work with me on this time stuff...
    ~~~~
    Imagine the lower chamber of the hourglass as representing the 'past'. Everything that's fallen into this chamber has done just that. It's 'fallen'. It's done with it's falling. It's over. Done.

    Past.

    ~~~~
    Also, imagine the upper chamber as representing the 'future'. All that is yet to happen. All that is yet to occur. Not yet here. Not yet fallen. Not yet gone into the past. Waiting.
    The future.
    By the nature of the hourglass, all the contents of this chamber will 'have to' fall into the lower chamber. This is a law of nature. Gravity.
    ~~~~
    And last, imagine the small squeezed area in the middle of the hourglass as the 'present'. This is what is occurring NOW. This is the transition from the 'future' upper chamber to the 'past' lower chamber. All movement occurs here.

    Future turns into past here.

    The rate of occurrence at this point in the hourglass shape is set by the nature of the shape of the hourglass. Only a set number of grains of sand can fall through this area at any one particular time.

    The sands can only fall in one direction. Down. The sand can't be rushed. Or slowed. The only real activity that is occurring in this entire structure and object is occurring in this tiny point of space.

    The present.

    ~~~~
    Now, let's move further with this and get into how this insight can really impact YOUR MLM business...
    If you will, continue imagining with me.
    Imagine that each grain of sand represents an 'experience' you're having during your existence on this planet.
    Imagine that each grain of sand as it falls through the hourglass 'present-zone' represents a particular point in time along your time on this planet.
    Imagine that all the grains of sand in the upper chamber are experiences you haven't had yet. And all the grains of sand in the lower chamber are experiences you've had and they're in your 'past'. They're done.
    Now, let's put YOU in the picture. Where ARE you in the picture?
    Where do you belong?
    Where do your business efforts belong?
    Where should your thoughts belong?
    Where should your planning belong?
    Where should your prospecting efforts and concentrated business-building efforts be occurring?
    Where, I take that back...WHEN should you be living?
    In the upper chamber?
    The lower one?
    The 'present-zone' in the middle?
    Would you like to know the answer to these questions in relation to how the vast majority of people live their lives? It's simple.
    > > > < < <
    The vast majority of people on this planet
    EXIST in the 'present',
    THINKING about the 'past, and
    HOPING for a good 'future'.
    > > > < < <
    I ask you...
    Does this describe you?
    Do you spend the vast majority of your time as you attempt to build your MLM business thinking about how it won't work 'because it didn't work before'? And how you have the grain of sand in the lower chamber to prove it? Or the fifty grains of sand?
    Do you think that all you have to do is wait until that magic grain of sand comes rushing from the future and through your 'present' time and unloads all its riches into your life?
    Most people do that.
    And then they die after that last grain of sand drops.
    Are you waiting for that magic MLM 'heavy-hitter' to enter your 'present-zone'?
    Are you sitting back and waiting for your present MLM business to grow itself without you really ever lifting a finger to MAKE it happen? To get it in gear?
    Are you wasting your ever-so-precious 'present' time? The only TRUE time that you have thinking about the past grains of sand that you let 'slip by'?
    There they are, down there. You can see them in your memories and yet you can't change a law of nature.
    They're in that lower chamber to stay.
    You can't get them back.
    They've fallen.
    Their time came and went and you didn't do anything about it.
    How many MLM prospects did you let slip by that past present moment?
    How many business-building opportunities?
    How many times did you let a moment to reach out to that prospect slip by into the never-to-be-seen-again lower chamber?
    And then do you know what you do to make it worse?... Like most of the rest of the world?
    You take that memory of that past missed opportunity, of that regret, of that one that got by, and you imprint it on all the grains of sand in the upper chamber of your hourglass 'future' zone.
    How do you do this?... With your memories of the past.
    With your thoughts.
    In your mind.
    And so what happens then?...
    ...You're destined to repeat those missed chances, those regrets, those gone-by prospects again. A never-ending cycle.
    > > > < < <
    As long as a person keeps bringing absolutely unchangeable past events into the present, through thought - consciously or sub-consciously, these events are going to be repeated again at some-time in the future.
    > > > < < <
    It's a law of nature. And it's a never-ending cycle that can be hard to get out of.
    Think about it.
    How many times have you heard from the big MLM heavy's what they had to go through before they finally 'made it'? They had to experience so many failures, most people would have quit long ago, but they didn't.
    Read Richard Poe's books and you'll see tons of examples of this.
    So how does this all relate to you?...
    Well...
    How many past 'failures' have you had that you're afraid will repeat themselves AGAIN?
    How much money did you loss in that last 'deal' or deals and you're afraid that your next one or the one you just started will do the same thing again? And so you approach your present business-op totally cautiously and ever so-slowly?
    How much success do you think THAT will breed? I'd guess not much.
    Or none.
    How about being afraid of ANY aspect of your MLM business because of what 'happened before'?
    "That person rejected me."
    "My family laughed at me."
    "My spouse says this pyramid stuff is nothing but a scam."
    "I lost a bunch of green in that last ad co-op so maybe I shouldn't do that again."
    "I went out and talked to tons of people and all I got were "no's", so maybe I should rethink this stuff."
    "Maybe there's another deal out there that's better then this one, so maybe I should just wait and hold out until I find it."
    Think about it. Get analytical and into your head. How much of your PAST experiences are you bringing into your PRESENT deal?
    I'm not just talking the bad stuff here. I'm also talking about the good stuff. But, if you're relatively fresh to MLM, you don't have many, if any, good experiences yet. Just 'bad' ones. Right?
    Moving on...
    ~~~~
    Okay, let's just get to the bottom line of this insight of mine...

    All you have right now is NOW. Basic? Not rocket science? Simple?

    Yes.

    But how many people actually are living in the present?

    How are YOU approaching your new MLM business?

    Are you living in the present?

    Are you seeing your present deal or that deal you're considering with a totally clean slate in that wonderful mind of yours?

    Are you seeing all of those prospects as for what they are? Potential heavy's who just might help you get what you want if you first give them what they need?

    Are you leaving the past TOTALLY behind you? Not just in your MLM business, but in your life in general?

    You see, when you're letting the past into the present it creates a future filled with fear.

    And doubt.

    And hesitation.

    And procrastination.

    And regrets.

    And failures.

    Don't do that to yourself.

    > > > < < <

    You got into this MLM stuff so that you could get
    what you wanted from your existence on this planet.
    You didn't join to make pennies.
    You joined to MAKE your dream.
    Whatever it is.

    > > > < < <

    If that isn't happening for you right now, then the probable culprit is what you're doing unconsciously.

    You're figuratively reaching down into and scooping out all of those sands of times from that lower chamber (or the recesses of your sub-conscious mind), and then placing them into that upper 'future' chamber. Eventually, they will AGAIN become your 'present' time through repeated thoughts of lack and poverty and inaction in your physical world.

    Don't do that to yourself.

    Find out how to escape from this dreaded cycle of mediocrity and create your present as you want it to be.

    ...Not how those voices from the past tell you to make it.

    Or how those fears from the future, which hasn't happened yet are 'directing' you to build your business.

    Stay in the 'present'. It's all you've got.

    Work on yourself. Work on yourself. WORK on your-SELF.

    Work on your mind.

    Like you've heard probably from many sources...

    Work on your mind...

    Change your thoughts.

    Change your mind.

    Change your feelings.

    Change your actions.

    Change your habits.

    Change your results.

    Then you'll get what you want.

    So, DO it.

    Make the most of your 'present'. Forget the past. Stop worrying about the future...

    ...And just BE.

    Find out who you need to be BEING to be successful in your MLM business.

    Do this and you will succeed. IN all your present moments.

    Your relationships.

    Your J.O.B.

    Your plans.

    Your goals.

    Your dreams.

    And... your MLM business

  • Are You Forgetting About Your Success in MLM?

    Recently I was listening to an MLM tape and I had a fairly revealing insight into something that appears to be going on in the networking field.

    And it isn't something that's working to our advantage as beginning network marketers.

    I'll explain.

    Now you know and I know that there is one and pretty much only one reason that we joined our main multi-level company, right?

    It's the same reason that the industry is so powerful at attracting so many folks to it.

    You know what it is...

    Money.

    Right?

    Ask someone why they joined their MLM deal on the day that they join and you'll find that about 99% of them joined to make money.

    I know, I know. Your company has SUCH great products. Right?

    Well, they might be the best products out there. That's not the issue here.

    The issue is what direction we are told to take our efforts in when we are just innocent MLM beginner's.

    ~~~~
    Well, when we get deeper into our main MLM company's message and we forget 'why' we really joined this industry in the first place, that is when we get into trouble.
    That is when things can start to go downhill for us, if we aren't alerted to what's going on.
    You see...
    ... What's the first thing that most main MLM company's tell their new distributors to do?
    Get on the products, right? Whatever the product is...
    Telecom.
    Vitamins.
    Magnetic shoes.
    Toothpaste.
    Whatever.
    "Just, get on the products."
    ~~~~

    THIS part makes sense to me. It should for you too.

    You need to experience your products in order to best tell others about them.

    Nothing misleading here.

    But what happens after this is what generally is what gets misleading and sends most new MLM'ers into a downward slide they never recover from.

    And then one day, they're gone.

    I'll explain.

    ~~~~
    After new distributors 'get on the products', they are told to learn about the products.
    Why does this happen?
    Answer: so that the distributors can know what they are 'selling' or 'sharing' with folks.
    That's what the big founding company distributor or diamond upline tells these impressionable beginning MLM'ers to do.
    They are told that "they, as a distributor of the product, HAVE to know the products."
    - They have to know how they work.
    - They have to know the dosages, the amounts, the frequency.
    - The ingredients.
    - And who should be taking them and for what and for how long.
    Never mind worrying about contraindications and all that potentially medically-damaging stuff.
    I speak from first-hand experience. My first two MLM deals were both consumable products.
    And I was told for both companies that I had to know the products before I could 'really' sell them to others. They told me it just made sense to do it that way.
    I was told to focus on the products and the money will follow.
    Well, let's see what happened. And what happens to virtually most new MLM'ers.
    I was spending the majority of my precious new free-time learning about the products and all that other stuff instead of working on reaching out to folks and getting them involved in the business opportunity I was in.
    I was basically totally focusing on learning just about all that I could about the products so, you know...
    "I could tell people about them."
    ~~~~

    Well, what happened to the business side of things?

    Didn't I and most others join MLM to MAKE money?!...

    I relate this to an experience I had in the mid 1980's after I graduated from University and found myself unemployed for two years.

    At least unemployed in the sense that I wasn't working in my academic field of choice.

    I found myself eventually selling new cars at a local dealership.

    (And you think the public looks down on MLM! )

    Anyway,...

    The day that I started with the new car dealership was the same day this fellow named Lionel started.

    Lionel and I were quite different in our approaches in 'selling'. I found myself thinking that I couldn't possibly 'sell' someone a $20,000 car without MY first knowing everything about it.

    I mean, 'what if they asked me something about it'? And I didn't know the answer. Wouldn't that just blow the sale?

    So what happened?

    Well, as I was busy figuring out all the package options, combinations, and features of each of the dozen new car models on the lot...

    ...Lionel was actually SELLING the cars to people.

    From his very first day.

    I had to stop him and in my naiveté I asked him how he could do that.

    I asked him how he could sell something that he didn't know anything about, or at least only minimal information.

    He answered that he didn't really care that he didn't know everything about the cars. And in fact knew very little about any one of them.

    He said that when his potential customers asked him something about the car they were looking at and he didn't know the answer -- he just said "I don't know. But I can find out for you".

    He said that people always said "Oh never mind, it's not really that important. Let's just go for a test drive."

    He said he was there to sell cars and make money. He didn't need to know HOW they were made. His job was to just let his prospect's see/touch/feel the car.

    His job was simply to get the car in their hands, so to speak. To get them to experience the car.

    But the bottom line was that he truly was IGNORANCE ON FIRE.

    He also broke all sales records for the entire distributorship. Week after week. Month after month.

    And you know what else?

    He never got around to reading those books teaching about the cars.

    He just did the business. And he made money without knowing every single little detail about what he was selling.

    He didn't need to because he found out that the people who were looking at the cars basically 'sold themselves' and they were just looking for some assurance from him that they had made a good decision.

    He was so bubbly from the get-go, AND having so much fun at it that his attitude was contagious to the people he was selling the car to.

    A $20,000 car here.

    A $35,000 car there.

    Throw in this $5,000 option package to that truck and the total is $42,545.56.

    He was something to watch.

    ~~~~
    Now....
    Getting back to YOU.
    And your MLM business. And what the companies are doing to us.
    At least the one's that tell us to focus on the products first.
    What you need to do to ensure that YOU stay fired up with your new business is that you don't lose sight of why you joined your MLM in the first place.
    Remember....
    You joined to make money.
    You joined to make an income.
    It doesn't matter what you are selling.
    It doesn't matter what the ingredients are and which section of Nepal or Bermuda or Iceland they came from.
    It doesn't matter how many grams of this or that they contain and how wonderful it will be on your circulatory system.
    3.9, 4.5, or 6 cents a minute through a T1 connection on the backbone of the Internet.
    So what!!!
    Just share with your prospects what they really want to know....
    -- "How can I make money with your MLM deal?"
    After all,...
    That's why MLM exists now, isn't it?
    To help 'the little person' make money?
    So, I ask you...why do the MLM companies tell us that we need to focus on the products and learn all that there is humanly possible to know about them?
    What is this so-called approach about after all?
    How about so you are focusing on ONLY selling THEIR products, instead of building YOUR business signing up new business distributors who will help you get that residual income?...
    ...And at the same time you build your residual bonus check, you're keeping money out of their pockets.
    Of course, I'm just guessing.
    ~~~~

    Although a lot of people will tell you it's about 'sharing' the products. Let's get real here.

    MLM is about SELLING!

    Selling yourself.

    Selling the business.

    And selling the products.

    You 'sell yourself' by who you are being.

    You 'sell the business' by what it can offer to people.

    You 'sell the products' by what they can do.

    That's it.

    So when someone asks you....

    "Hey, MLM distributor, what does this product contain and didn't the government put out this paper on this ingredient a couple of years ago showing how it had this effect on this limited number of this focus group and they said it did this and this and this to them? Didn't it do that? Didn't they say that in that paper?"

    You know what you say to that person? How about...

    "I don't know. I'm building a money-making business here. But if you want I can find someone at the head office who can answer your question."

    ~~~~
    So, remember to NEVER forgot why you joined MLM in the first place.
    To make money.
    And remember to imagine yourself working at your favorite fast food chain franchise. Or one of those secret-ingredient chicken places where they never tell anybody what's in that special coating they use.
    Just because you don't know the special ingredients in the coating, does that mean that you can't sell that fast-food?
    NO, of course not.
    Just because you don't know everything about YOUR MLM products from the very first day in your new business, does that mean that you can't go out into the world and sponsor folks into your downline?
    Of course not.
    Just because you may never bother to learn about all the details of this or that or what this product does or how that one does what it does... does that mean you can't continue selling the products or the service?
    Of course not.
    Just tell folks "I don't know what's in it. All I know is what it did for me and this is what it did...blah blah blah."
    That's it.
    And what happens from that?
    You grow yourself a nice little BUSINESS income.
    And you give yourself what you got into this in the first place for.
    You give yourself the chance to make the money that attracted you to MLM in the first place.
    So, stop that studying.
    And start that selling, or sharing, if you will.
    Make the money that attracted you to MLM in the first place.
    How to make money online?
  • Sorting Through the Good, the Bad, and the MLM Ugly
    You know, if there's a surefire killer of a beginning MLM distributor, it's the old scene where the new MLMer wastes so much time finding the right folks to sponsor.
    As you are well aware, the key to building yourself that lucrative residual income is not only to get yourself those required retail customers but also to get yourself that downline group of folks. And it all starts with your sponsoring efforts. It's your biz after all.
    So lets quickly cover what most, and I mean the vast majority, of new networkers do when they're first sponsored...
    It really can be summed up in a few words...
    They spend too much time talking with the wrong folks and not enough time talking with the right ones. Or not talking to the right ones at all.
    Simply put, most networkers find someone to approach about their new business. It doesn't matter how that person is approached.
    Be it through the 3-foot rule, postcards, phone calls, the phone book, MLM advertisements, approaching someone on the street. Whatever.
    The key here is that beginning networkers find someone in their sights and they fall into the trap of not letting that person go regardless of whether they are probably a complete waste of their prospecting time and money.
    Why does this happen? Good question.
    Well, it happens because that is an integral part of human nature. We don't want to let up on a possibility until we absolutely know that that possibility just isn't going to give us what we want. In THIS case a good person to sponsor.
    Regardless, even for some of us, even though we know this person isn't the right person to sponsor, we still won't let go. There's something about going through an experience as sometimes hard as networking, and doing it in numbers makes it easier.
    Let's look at it from a real-life perspective...
    We find ourselves talking with someone on the phone. We just met this person since they're from our cold-market. This person sounds like a good person to send a big package of info to, but we just aren't quite sure. We don't know if we should thank them for their time and hang up the phone, or if we should indeed send them that big package, at our expense, and see what comes of it.
    If you've been networking for a while, even as a beginner, you've probably been here. And if you haven't, read closely.
    So what do we do?
    We decide to send out that big MLM package that in the end cost us around eight green ones.
    We're thinking... "I don't know, she just sounded so good and she seemed to say some of the right stuff and oh well, what the heck...it's only eight dollars."
    And what happens a week later as we're still trying to get a hold of that person after our fourth phone call to them and our three previous voicemails haven't been answered?
    The answer?...Nothing.
    That person flaked on us.
    And what do we do?
    We scratch our head and tell ourselves that we don't know what happened.
    "That person was not a good MLM prospect, but they looked sooo good, I just don't get it."
    We continue to wonder and then just chalk another one up to experience. We're eight bucks lighter, a little disturbed about all that happened, and then we just ever so slightly beat ourselves up for not knowing that that person would flake on us like that. We should 'know better' we tell ourselves..
    Next time we 'won't let them do that to us'.
    And what happens next time?...
    The same thing all over again.
    Now let's get into the meat of this insight.
    ~~~~

    Why is this happening?

    Well, there are several reasons. And yes, unfortunately, you're one of them.

    Now don't zone out on me yet. NO reprimands or brow-beating here. This is a family-friendly insight.

    YOU'RE the reason only so far as you are a beginner in this whole MLM game and you haven't yet discovered this weird fact of human nature.

    What fact? How should I put it so as not to insult folks who fit under this category. Hmmmm...

    Oh well, I'm brutally honest at times so here goes...

    People are flakes.

    Not you, just those other folks.

    People will lie to no end to put a stop to something that they don't feel comfortable being an active participant in.

    Be it a relationship.

    A J.O.B.

    A date with someone.

    A sales pitch.

    You name it.

    People don't do that to be mean. They just do it to end their pain with the situation. It's not about YOU. It's about them and their uncomfortable-ness inside themselves.

    Remember that.

    But the aspect that IS about you is that fortunately you can learn some new behaviors with and this will foster a new growth in your MLM business. And at the same time keep those hard-earned bucks of yours where they belong. In YOUR pocket. Or purse.

    I'll explain.

    You see, basically there are three types of so-called prospects that you'll come across in your sponsoring efforts. And during your prospecting.

    ~~~~
    There are those folks who are asleep. What are they asleep to? Simply put...life.
    They're dead inside. They're walking zombies. The blood is coursing and the skin is warm but nobody's home. These are people who wouldn't know a good opportunity no matter how nice it sounded.
    Why? They're not interested.
    In fact, they don't even know that they're not interested. They don't have any thoughts in their lives about doing a home business. They don't have any thoughts whatsoever about doing MLM. There's just nothing there. They're asleep.
    They're dreaming of riches yet oblivious to what can really get them there. These are the folks who scream at you to "get me off that damn list."
    Or they say something along the lines of...
    "I don't remember responding to that."
    "I've heard of MLM. Isn't it one of those pyramid thingies? Doesn't everybody loose money but the one on the top?"
    "Yeah sure, that sounds okay but I have to go because the news is on the television."
    "Nah, I don't care if you're giving away money. I'm not interested."
    "Sure, send me some info and I'll get back to you."
    "Do I have to spend money? I don't want to spend too much."
    "How much will it cost? I only have a few bucks to spare this week."
    "Why do I need more money? I have enough. The rent is overdue, but I'll get it somehow. The kids can skip eating for a couple of days right?"
    THESE are the folks who are asleep in life.
    Stay away from them. The minute you smell them or sense their presence or hear their snoring...move on. Quickly.
    They'll waste your money, your time and your life. Apologize to them for waking them up and continue with your prospecting efforts.
    ~~~~

    Okay, the next type of MLM prospect you'll come across....

    This type of prospect is just waking up. They're kind of between the space in life where they're not quite asleep and yet they're not quite awake to the world.

    They're still rubbing sleep out of their eyes. They're yawning, and trying to orient themselves to what's happening around them. They may be somewhat confused but they're letting their minds wake up to the world around them.

    Are they alert and fully with it and raring to go? NO.

    Are they willing? Perhaps, but it's hard to tell.

    You can't really tell who they really are when they're awake because they aren't there yet. They're still trying to figure out what they should be doing and where they should be going with their life that day.

    Think about it. Isn't that the way you are when you first wake up? I'm talking about those first few seconds on that day when you jolt yourself awake and have to ask yourself what day it is and should you be heading off to work or sleeping in again.

    We've all been there. It's a very confusing state to be in. Not quite asleep and not quite awake.

    So, who are these folks who are in limbo-land? Or should I say la-la-land.

    Let's hear what they say and do.

    "Send me the info and I'll think about it for a while. Call me in a week." You call back and they haven't watched the video yet. This goes on for several weeks to no avail.

    "I haven't gotten the time to listen to that tape yet. I've just been so busy you know. This week was especially hellish. Call me again in a few days."

    "You called me last week? I don't remember you, can you tell me what this is all about again?"

    "I DID sign up with the company, but they're telling you I didn't? Hmmm, that's strange..."

    "I've been thinking about a home biz, but I'm just not quite sure if this is what I want to be doing."

    "I did MLM before and it didn't work. Why should I try it again?"

    "I got my desk straightened out this week and I'm getting ready to get started."

    "Can you call me back at a better time? Perhaps in six months because I'm right in the middle of this other deal that might pan out for me."

    "I really like the way the products sound but I'm just not sure if I should be doing this just yet. I don't know..."

    Are you beginning to see the types of things the prospect who is just waking up sounds like and does? They're on the fence and don't know which side they want to step down to. They can't figure out exactly what it is they should be doing for themselves right now. They're still getting ready to get ready.

    Are they potentially bad prospects? No.

    Will they do something someday? Maybe.

    But unlikely.

    But let me ask you, do you have the time with your limited eight to ten hours a week to work your biz to find out if they have what it takes to be a superstar? Or even maybe become a retail customer of yours? Most of us don't.

    But this is where most networkers get stuck. They stay with these folks and hang onto them for dear life. Because, "hey, who knows they just might turn into that next diamond I need to qualify for the next level in the comp. plan."

    Right? Hard to let go of them. There is that whole bit about hope after all.

    And so then what do most networkers end up doing with these folks?

    They chat.

    They discuss stuff every week.

    They become friends.

    They learn about each others family, lives, jobs, and such.

    But no one is working their biz and sponsoring folks and retailing products.

    Lots of friend-shipping stuff going on here. But that isn't why you joined MLM is it? You joined to make money, didn't you?

    Most people agree.

    So, let's move on to the last type of prospect you'll come across.

    ~~~~
    This type of person is one who is fully awake to life and the world surrounding them. They're out of the slumber zone and they're moving through life. Sleep is nothing but something that needs to be done in their lives. They're out there ready to greet the day and raring to go.
    Get out of their way 'cause they have a mission in life.
    They're truly full of life. They know where they're going and honestly nothing's going to stop them. They'll figure out how to get what they want in life. They work hard on themselves. And they work hard at what they set their minds to. They aren't afraid to try new things and take risks. They believe in themselves and take necessary risks. Fear is only a feeling to them. It's not real and it doesn't stop them on their journey through their wakeful state in life.
    These people are about as far from sleep as you can get and they've long ago wiped the sleep from their eyes.
    They're awake and going for it.
    You can't say the wrong thing to these folks. And these are the folks you NEED in your biz.
    What do these people say and do?
    "Sure I can do that. Just tell me what to do and I'll do it."
    "I've already placed an order for the products even before I first talked to you."
    "I wanted to see how they worked with me so I just had to get on them."
    "This sounds awesome to me. I'm in."
    "What do I do next?"
    "Can you tell me more about what this is about? Sounds very interesting."
    They call YOU.
    They reach out to YOU.
    They're energetic. Alive. Full of spirit and foresight.
    They sponsor folks in your business.
    They've sponsored folks in past businesses and for whatever reason are looking to start fresh again.
    They're coachable and willing to learn.
    They just do it. All that it takes.
    They're non-competitive but instead results-oriented.
    They have an attitude of personal success in life - almost an aloofness about their actions.
    They care about others, but won't let other people's limitations and hesitancies stop them from getting what it is they're after.
    ~~~~

    Okay, now we know all about the three types of folks you could possibly run into during your prospecting efforts. Lets summarize the ones you should be focusing ALL of your time on.

    Obviously, the people that are asleep are better left just that way. Asleep.

    Don't waste your time on them. Sound callous? Maybe. But you're in biz, remember? You want that elusive residual income don't you?

    Well then, don't waste your time on these business deadweights. Leave them alone to continue sleeping.

    As for the one's that are waking up....

    They too should be mostly left alone. Don't ignore them or write them off right away. Feel them out. See what they do. See if their actions match their words. See if they're everything that they say they are.

    See if they get into action. If they don't, put them out to pasture. Don't be mean. Don't write them off forever. Just put them on your 'call in six months' list. If they're still in that same slumber state then, than DO tear up that contact card. Let these people sit on that fence. You go build your business to success and lead by example.

    If they ever wake up then they can call you. In the meantime you'll be building your business. You won't be waiting for them but you'll be available WHEN they're ready to start and ready to follow through.

    Finally, we're left with the only group of folks that you SHOULD be spending your time with....

    The ones who are awake to you, your opportunity, and what you have to offer with your products and your biz.

    Get to know them. Find out who they are. Introduce them to your upline and your upline's upline. If THEY haven't already done so!

    Stick with them. Give them what they need and then get out of their way.

    These are the folks you're in business for. They're why you have to get the sifting and sorting process down to a fine science. You can then sit back and look at what fell out of the sifting funnel you put all those prospects through. These winners.

    You need to get yourself so tuned into these three types of folks that you can spot those who are sleeping and those who are waking up within a few seconds of talking to them or seeing them. After a short while they become so obvious and you then know exactly who you should be spending your precious time with.

    You see, as you know this is a game about building yourself that big downline that everyone talks about. Since you're going to be a part-timer from the start like most folks you only have a limited amount of time to really work the biz. You don't have time to waste.

    Sure, go ahead and get your feet wet learning the ropes. But after you're through that stage, you'll discover that if there's one thing that you don't want to be wasting - it's your time. And secondly your money.

    Remember, the sleeping and the vast majority of the waking- up business parasites will suck you dry before you know it. That's why you have to be a smart sorter.

    Keep looking for your 'diamonds in the rough.' Sort through all those insignificant grains of sand that aren't awake to the world. Do this until you find that pearl.

    And when you find that MLM pearl, believe me, you'll know it. You'll be thinking to yourself that this person's too good to be true.

    You'll not only be listening to what they say but you'll also be seeing their actions match those words because they're wide awake. It'll be so exciting it'll almost be scary. But you'll know that you have an MLM ringer that you need to focus all of your efforts on.

    That is, until they tell you to get lost and just let them get to work. Stop cramping their style and move on to finding that next diamond.

    And remember that old saying...

    'You can't say the right thing to the wrong person. And you can't say the wrong thing to the right person.'

    Get out there and find out who's right for this MLM business and who's not. Find the folks who are awake like you are.

    Remember, you didn't have to be sold on MLM, did you? You knew a good thing when you saw it because YOU were wide awake. So, go out there and look for others like you. They're there. Your mission is to find them.

    You deserve at least that much with your burgeoning MLM business.

    I hope this MLM insight was helpful with your MLM business efforts.

  • MLM - It's NOT About You

    You know if there's one thing about MLM that's become ever so clear to me it's what goes on inside a distributor while (s)he's working the business.

    You see when someone's working their business, really working it, there are things going on inside the person that are totally dictated by what goes on outside of that person. And what I mean by outside is what kind of activity that distributor is creating in their prospecting world.

    When a new distributor, or any distributor for that matter, is prospecting and going through leads or whatever other method they are doing, they inevitably have to talk to folks and determine if these people are really qualified prospects for their MLM business.

    Even those prospects that are generated through non-contact type methods like having someone track you down and sign up under you. Whatever.

    When this happens a new MLM distributor finds themself having to converse with that new prospect. And what happens when this occurs? Many things.

    But let me first set the stage for what is going on in that new MLM distributor. You see, it's pretty obvious that we're all human. And by that I mean that we all have feelings, hopes, desires, wants, needs, and so forth. All that sometimes referred to as 'gushy stuff'. But no matter what you call it, it is what makes us totally distinct from virtually every other creature on the planet.

    And at the same time this is the stuff that can lead to a new MLM distributor's downfall.

    I'll explain.

    Wait, I'll need to go on a little side route off of this insight path for a minute...

    ~~~~
    Several weeks ago my wife asked me why I was doing all this MLM stuff. You see, I've been doing it for a few years now and she was just curious as to why I'm doing all this and what keeps me at it.
    I must admit that she had me stumped because I couldn't think up an answer to her inquiry. At least not at that moment.
    I found that her question was a really good one because it made me think and precisely figure out why I was doing all this stuff. And after about a day of pondering all of this I finally figured out what it was that was keeping me in this sometimes crazy-making business. And it all came down to one word...
    Hope.
    You see, I still have that necessary J.O.B. and all the shackles that go along with it and I work my business around my day work. So like probably most of you I am still living to work instead of working my dream.
    I found out that MLM gives me hope. The hope of coming home to roost someday soon. The hope of being able to dictate my days and what gets done or not in them. You know, the 'be your own boss' mantra and all that stuff.
    Anyway...
    Continuing with this sideroute - I found that this 'hope' stuff is something that most networkers carry with them. I know this is true because that is the bill of goods we're usually sold when we sign up with our main deal. The dream. The magic ending to all this. The end result. Freedom.
    And how do we hang onto all of this? How do we keep the 'dream' alive? Hope.
    So let's recap exactly what's been (un)covered here so far.
    We're all distributors.
    Some are more newbie MLM distributors than others but that doesn't matter.
    As since we're all distributors, we all at one time in the past bought into the dream of MLM.
    Perhaps not wholeheartedly. Some of us instead of diving in perhaps are just sticking one toe in to test the waters, but nevertheless, we have all been given a taste of the elusive dream of ... yes, that word again...
    Freedom.
    The call of freedom and all that it will mean to us when our entire day is built on it being personal freedom to us.
    The second point here is that as a part of accepting that dream of freedom and the fact that most likely we don't have it currently to the level that we desire, we've also enrolled ourselves into the second part of the MLM equation. That part is what is called 'hope'.
    Hope for a better future...
    ...For us.
    ...Our families.
    ...Our days.
    ...Our grandchildren.
    ...Etceteras, and on and on.
    So we all live in HOPE.
    Got it? Good. Let's get back on the main insight path and continue with this article.
    ~~~~

    Now, about this fact that we humans basically allow what happens outside of us to dictate what happens inside of us. It would appear that I might need to explain this with a couple of examples in order to make it perfectly clear what I'm writing about here. Sound good to you? Good.

    Okay, let's keep this at the level of your business and what you're doing to build it.

    As a newbie distributor you're hopefully doing what you're supposed to be doing and what is that something, exactly? Building your business of course.

    And how to do you go about building your business? You prospect.

    You seek out hungry prospects who are just looking for a chance to change their lives with a truly unique and genuine opportunity just like the one you're offering them, right?

    So...

    You're out there promoting your deal to folks and sifting and sorting for the good ones. What happens during this sifting and sorting methodology stuff? You come across a ton of tire-biters that are so cold to your opportunity that they couldn't fog up a mirror in the middle of a cold northern Canadian winter.

    And what do these prospects say to you so that it is crystal clear to you that they couldn't possibly care any less for your deal than if you were offering them your product for free?

    They say no.

    Oh, but not just a simple no...instead you get the grand-daddy of all no's. The hit-you-where-it-hurts no.

    You get the "HECK no" (again, family-friendly insight here folks so no "I'm gonna wash your mouth out with soap" words allowed ).

    And what happens to you once this brutal conversation occurs in your world of prospecting?

    You make this about YOU.

    You shrink up.

    You react.

    You take it personally.

    You feel rejected.

    You question yourself if even just a little bit.

    You hurt.

    You get mad.

    You feel disappointed.

    You die inside ever so slightly.

    And what's the end result of this? You slowly but imperceptibly chisel away another small chunk of your hope. It falls away never to be found again.

    ~~~~
    Now, how about we look at what happens when you're doing your MLM prospecting and you come across a bunch of prospects that are more than happy to hear what deal you're working. They're interested. They ask questions. They inquire about the product and the biz side and what you've done to-date. They like what they hear.
    And then what do they do? They actually sign up.
    Yes, after all your smooth talking combined with that miraculous three-way with your upline. And their reading of that fat prospect packet you mailed to them at your cost. And after they saw the smooth company video and listened to the audiotape and drooled all over the slick corporate brochures...they actually joined your deal. They call the company on their own initiative and signed up under you.
    Actually, as you're talking to them you recall that they even called you to tell you that they signed up under you and want to build it big with you.
    Life couldn't get any better than this. Seriously.
    This is what it's all about. Isn't it?
    You're in this MLM deal to sign folks up. You're in this MLM deal to find MLM leaders like these folks and to sponsor them into your biz.
    Wow. Too cool.
    ~~~~

    So after all this happens and the smoke clears from your eyes, lets take a detailed look at what's going on inside you. Many words can describe this inner situation.

    Elation.

    Excitement.

    Promise.

    Expectancy.

    Commitment.

    Confirmation.

    Happiness.

    Gratefulness.

    Hope.

    Shall I continue? I think you get the picture.

    Essentially, you're feeling pretty much on top of the world at this moment. Pretty neat stuff when you think about it.

    But do you want to know something?

    Sit down for this one...

    This is no different than when you were chopped down by all those tire biters. Absolutely no difference whatsoever.

    I'll explain.

    You see, exactly what is going on here is that you're letting what is happening outside of you dictate what happens inside of you.

    I know, I know, I hear it already...

    "But Andre, what's wrong with feeling good about signing up a winner like this new distributor I just hooked? I mean, come on dude can't I just celebrate the good ones like this? What's wrong with that?"

    Did I paraphrase your thought fairly well? So, I'll now answer your question.

    What's wrong with this is that you're dancing on the other side of the same coin. On one side of the coin is the mental and emotional space containing rejection, disappointment, fear, dread, failure. On the other side of the coin is the mental and emotional space containing happiness, deserving, excitement, and want.

    What I mean by all this is that one day all is going about as bad as it can and you've been rejected 87 times from Sunday from every prospect you come in contact with. And then the next day you can't say even the right thing to anybody and people are dropping distributor applications at your feet...all filled out with their check attached to the application paperwork. And what do you do with all this? You respond accordingly.

    Outside bad, inside bad. Outside good, inside good. Results negative, outlook negative. Results positive, perspective positive.

    Essentially, what is happening here is you're allowing yourself to be dragged from pillar to post and you don't even know it. And what is really going on here through all this? You're lows are eating away at your hope. That one thing that is keeping you in the game. That so precious commodity that only can be reduced so far before you find yourself saying goodbye to the dream of making anything happen in MLM.

    Now I know that this seems to be just the human thing to do. Doesn't it? Things are going good in your world, why not feel good about it? Well, let me ask you - when things go bad does that necessarily mean that you have to feel bad? I'll bet that at least some of you see the absurdity in all this.

    So let me ask you again. How do you feel when you have that 'really good prospect', the one you've been dogging since last year on a bi-weekly basis, finally show you his/her true colors and finally say 'nope not interested' to you? What do you do? Like most of us, you sit back as you recoil from the situation.

    You BECOME the situation. You take it personally and internally and get depressed. You take it in and spit it right back out in your actions. Or in this case, probably a lack of actions.

    I mean how much MLM prospecting do you find yourself doing when YOU'RE depressed and feeling dejected in general. I'll bet not much is happening in any area of your world. Right?

    Let's twist the insight here and look at what is REALLY going on here.

    I know, I know... "But Andre, you just finished talking about what's happening inside of us because of what happens outside of us. Isn't that the point?"

    Good observation, but you're only partially right.

    Let's continue with this insight because I think I've cut this point down to the bone about as far as I can go.

    Moving on.

    ~~~~
    The real point to this insight is that what you're doing here is you're making all of your prospecting about YOU!
    Flew right over the ol' forehead with that one didn't I?
    I'll rephrase...
    As long as you're allowing yourself to be thrown about by the world around you, as you perceive it, you're actually operating under the belief that you can actually control the world and its outcomes.
    I've got news for you.
    You can't.
    Sorry to be so blunt but I know by now that you can take it.
    You see, when you get all depressed and rejected by a prospect turning you down what is really happening here is that you're somehow, perhaps even in some small way, operating under the belief that you can control or create YOUR desired outcome with this situation. You're operating under the belief that you can control this prospect and if you only give them a stellar enough presentation then you'll have them slobbering at your feet and kissing your shoes thanking you for coming into their life with your deal.
    This even applies to those situations when all appears to be going well. Remember those MLM prospects that you can't say the wrong thing to and they still sign up under you? Yeah, those dream prospects.
    I ask you, what did that have to do with you? Perhaps you think that they joined because of you and that amazing three-way you allowed them to have with your upline leader. Or maybe you gave them just the right amount of information and had the proper influencing tone in your voice that just made them see how good a deal you had with you and they just had to bite on the bait.
    But you know what's common with both of these situations? You're making them about you by thinking that you are an integral part of the equation. And when that equation doesn't add up to what it's supposed to, then you respond accordingly. Either in a positive, or a negative way.
    Now, let's see what you can do about all this.
    How about you do nothing?
    That's right...nothing.
    You don't do anything about this. You don't act, react, or get into the emotive side of things. You don't make this about you. You don't make this about how good of a presentation, or even how bad of a presentation you did. You don't make this about how polite you were and considerate you were that you asked them about their great step aunt's appendectomy scar that must be healing by now.
    Forget that you can control ANYTHING about this process. And how about instead you remember that the only thing that you truly can control in all this is the fact that you can't control them and what they do. Or don't do.
    You see, it's to your downfall that you're making this about you. Don't do that. Stay out of the emotional side of all this and just do what you're supposed to do since you're one of the good distributors. Be the messenger. Give them the MLM message you're offering. And that's it - your job's done.
    If they grab the baton and run with it in your race, you know what? That had nothing to do with YOU. THEY were ready to do it. You just happened to be in the right place.
    I think I need to rephrase this to ensure that I'm getting to all of you.
    ~~~~

    Just imagine for a moment that you're one of those 7-star- super-astronomical-fourth-quadrant-stellar-blue-ointment-diamond distributor's and you're at the top of the pay plan. You're raking in, say, forty-thousand monthly. Month in, month out. You there. At the top.

    Now, you know as this top-of-the-heap distributor and company leader that the key to staying on top of the game is to continue to prospect no matter how much green you're making. So you're still doing your prospecting vigorously.

    Now I ask you, does your list of cold-lead prospects know this is who you are when you call them on the phone? Does that dudette you approach on that street corner know that you're making more in a month than she probably does in a year? What about that grocery clerk who just asked you about that button you have pinned on your chest that say's "I feel cool, ask me why".

    Do any of them even care who you are? Well, outside of you being a total moron to them, they probably won't even give YOU a second thought. And you know what will happen? They'll either join, or not. And their joining won't have diddly to do with you and who you are in your main deal.

    It's all about THEM. Not about YOU.

    It's all about where they are in life and if they're ready for what you have to share with them. If they aren't ready to make a change, it doesn't matter if you're that superstar leader distributor. Or on the other side of the spectrum, it doesn't matter if right now your bonus check was $6.47 last month.

    Did I make that point clear? Good, let's continue.

    ~~~~
    So, again, what are you doing about all this right now? You think you can control them. You think you can control your prospecting situation and the outcome of that situation.
    You think YOU are part of the equation. And, again, what happens when you do this enough times?
    Yes, you lose hope. And eventually you're out of the race. Your hope dies and so does your dream along with it.
    So, how about you do this from now on...
    Don't think about the RESULTS of your prospecting. Instead, think about the PROCESS.
    What I mean by this is you remove yourself from hoping for a good end result, because remember when that end result IS good you FEEL good, but when that end results turns out 'wrong' or bad you FEEL bad.
    Think about the process. Just BE the process of MLMing. Go out there and prospect. Prospect the dickens out of your world. Totally get into the process because when you do you'll be reaching out to folks like your deal's going out of style. And that's good.
    Focus on the process of MLM. Focus on recruiting. Focus on training. Focus on sharing. Focus on getting the message out there. Focus on being the best messenger you can be. Focus on being the best sponsor you can be. Focus on developing your-self to the best of your abilities. All of this is in your control so this is why you need to focus on all this.
    DON'T focus on the end result of all this MLM crazy-making. That's not in your control.
    Don't think that this new prospect has to join your MLM deal. That's not in your control.
    Don't think that you can control what someone else does. That's not in your control.
    Don't think that your prospecting outcome has anything to do with you because as long as you're sharing the message, it doesn't.
    And above all else...
    ...Don't get into the emotions of all this and lose sight of the process.
    ~~~~

    So, to summarize...

    Stay with the process. You control it totally, so keep it moving.

    Keep an eye on the results but don't make the results the goal. They're not.

    As long as you're focusing on the process and continuing with it and moving ahead with the process of MLMing you'll keep your hope intact and the results will take care of itself. I guarantee it.

    Good luck.

    I hope this insight was helpful with your business efforts.
