Social Networks, do not overdo it

Social networks and blogs are great for branding and traffic when used in the right way. I have seen a lot of people who have a page on many social networks. Then when I take a closer look I often see that many are (almost) empty or they have the same content on all networks.
I think it is better to have only one or two and put in effort to make those wortwhile to visit. And link those when possible to twitter accounts and such.
I would like to create another faceplate only in dutch language but I do not know if that is allowed. Does any one know?
