With the economy still in the trash a lot of clever presentation are running to get people in WAHB( Work at Home Business)it is very clever, we have clever wording and none of the fact of what works for certain people will not work for the masses. The thing I learned before ever recruiting people in my companies is finding out how to peel the layers of the onion. Finding where you want to be in 5 years and showing a very great duplicating system that makes people in our team grow. I could go on and on but you may be on the same page. I do not blow smoke in my team faces. Their are great products out there but a lot of the people at the top limit you on how far you will grow under them............
