Getting started with IM faceplate

We are currently in the process of updating our training videos to match the new layout and additional features that were recently added to IM faceplate.
If you would like a quick walkthrough of your main members page (home page), then you can watch this short video (less than 5 minutes) by following the link below. The video will open in a new window/tab.

As new videos are prepared and added to the training section, we will notify all members via a news release and email. Thanks for your patience and feel free to just poke around the site and test things out yourself ... there isn't anything you can break, so just go for it and have fun!

May 21st 2012 at 2:12 PM by moderator @ DonaMWoodley ... It's not actually the articles that are limited to 200 words, but rather just the description that you add when using the share module to share a particular article. I hope that helps.

May 21st 2012 at 2:01 PM by DonaMWoodley This was a very good video explaining how to post your articles and text but I notice that articles are limited to only 200 words. My articles are usually longer and have pictures/graphics. How can I post those type of articles?

Sep 21st 2010 at 10:40 PM by moderator Please note that the video might take a little while to load and so you might just see a black screen until it loads. On slower connections, it could take up to a minute so please be patient. Also, it's a good idea to make sure you are using the latest version of flash as well. Future videos will be a lot smaller and should load faster.
