There are methods you can utilize to increase the chance that you'll reach your goals.

The single most potent way to increase your chances of success in accomplishing your goals is to write them down. State your goal plainly. Utilize the present. (For instance: I'm reaching the bronze level in my organization in 1 month.) Set a target date for when you'll accomplish your goal.

Now distinctly picture yourself having already accomplished the goal. Be there. Produce as much detail as you can. Envisage the touch, color, scent, sounds ... as much as possible, even if it's just a faint impression.

Now come back to your goal and for each goal, work out the opening move. For instance, if you want to reach an organization level, then the next step may be to determine what is required for that level or it may be to decide which lead building tactic to use. If you can't decide on which should be the next step, just choose one and begin on it.

Between now and the next time you go over your goals, center on just completing that 1st (or next) step. Put the step on your to-do list. Take action on that step, regardless how small.

Set a steady time to review your goals. Daily or weekly is optimum. Envision, with as much detail as possible, having already accomplished your goal.

At this point, particularly as you envision, you might decide to correct your goal. For instance, as you progress through the steps, you might recognize that you really prefer a different level instead . That's perfectly ok. If this gets you to start over in the steps, you'll almost always find that you advance through the steps much more speedily on the corrected goal.

I think to accomplish your goals you need a strong burning desire and the faith in yourself to make your goals a reality.

It’s very important to have goals and to constantly hold yourself accountable to achieve them. To make them easier and more achievable so you don’t get discouraged I suggest making three types of goals short term (easily quickly achievable) mid term and long term goals. This way you can have a sense of progression and will be less likely to be discouraged
