| Well, my 2nd favorite thing is what I\'m doing..working, and learning about working online...but it\'s no comparison to a good day of Bass Fishing! I love the challenge it provides, and the relaxation of just being on the water, or even fishing from the bank. Yeah it is kinda like work sometimes...but good work!! Heh.
Uh...I guess you'll figure out I'm a squirrel person too....when BH was alive she was the bestus friend I could ever ask for....so smart, and so easy going for a wild animal. Had the privilege of caring for her almost 6 years. I buried her in the woods this past January... and miss her terribly. She would have been well liked here, just as she was on other sites. |

Do Your Research!
Hey Folks…
I just had something dawn on me…and could just about kick myself .
I discovered something I hope some, or actually a lot of affiliate marketers already know…Do Your Research!!
Huh? You may be asking…well it goes like this. I was looking at an offer for an ebook on affiliate marketing…sold for $67. Nothing new there, but I just don’t have any money to buy anything..so…I just did a quick search, looking for the same book…but for free. Took me all of about 2 minutes to find it. Well some would say great job…saved yourself 67 bucks, but the kicker is this….the guy trying to sell this book is an affiliate for the author…as are others I’m sure. So how are they gonna make any money if ya can find it for free? The answer: They Won’t!!!…well to be certain they may make a sale or two…but that will just be from the odd number that don’t think to do what I did…search for a free copy. And to beat all…I found it on a thank you page as a bonus for another paid product during a Google search. Now…what is wrong with that picture?
I can say, for myself, lesson(s) learned. As I am trying to work as an affiliate marketer this was the best lesson I’ve learned in the last couple of years…I’ve never, never seen anyone talk of this. It’s crazy too…put in the time and effort to promote a product hoping to make some sales that you can download somewhere else for free. Now of course this would mainly apply to ebooks, but I’m sure it happens with videos, audios, and even software.
So for the current…and future affiliate marketers out there…Two things to consider…One: Do your research before promoting a product of any type, and Two: Consider creating your own product and sell it yourself…keep all the profit..heh.
