People have the fundamental desire to be successful, but they don't have patience. We all want instructions, advice, and encouragement. So when someone comes along with a “User's Manual”, they jump on it like a stack of hotcakes. Anything you know how to do, as long as it's teachable, can become an ebook. So your mindset needs to become that of an information machine.

There is almost no limit whatsoever on the marketability of how-to books. You see it every day in the offline world. How-to books for parents, students, teachers, pet owners, business professional, small business owners, athletes, hobbyists, etc. You see it in the "For Dummies", "The Everything", and "Idiot's Complete" series. People offline are cashing in on the how-to phenomenon.

So find a product that you love to use, and promote.  Then write a "How To Be Successful With ______" Guide.
