THE IMPORTANCE OF YOGA IN OUR LIFE
There are a number of meanings in use for the word yoga such as union, fortune, contribution, meeting, relationships, meditation, addition etc.
Yoga is a way of life. Yoga not only provides health, vigour, brightness and alertness to the body and mind, but it also fills the life with happiness and pleasure. What is the use of any wealth if health is not well?
yoga practice reduces tensions, stress, anxiety, weakness, fear complexion, negative thoughts etc, which is increasing day by day in this mechanical human life.
It treats the prolonged diseases or deficiencies like diabetes, asthma, heart problems, pain, sleeplessness, indigestion and acidity etc. and makes the body very active and good looking.
By practicing Yoga regularly there would be number of changes in the routine habits and thoughts,food habits and behaviour.
It also improves concentration and alertness in every activity of our daily life.
If a women also practices Yoga they not only gain good health but also improves beautiful complexion. They can teach Yoga to their children thus moulding them into a healthy and responsible citizens.
Yoga exercises includes postures, pranyam, meditation which can be done by all irrespective of age and sex, and thus by following a regular regime for Yoga practice one can become healthy and free from all diseases.
Thus by proper application of the proesses of Yoga, human life becomes rich, abundant and cultured.
