Philippe, that's very kind of you. I will. But as things go, my tweaking on several stretching exercises seem to be giving me some relief. Right now I do normal stretching in the morning and Asan stretching in the evening. Asan stretching is one of Yoga's physical regimen. I got this from a book when I was temporarily assigned to New Delhi ages ago. But I do hope I can do something for you.
