Hi Edna, I never said this Travel Club is better than any other, However I will say that with the Lifetime Membership there are no other recurring fee's, Something to watch out for with other Travel Clubs are re curring fee's, ie: yearly subscribtions etc. There are some really informative videos and information on the site if you are interested to know more... Avocado's are beneficial for lowering cholesterol, despite of avocado fat content and carbohydrate.

The reason is that avocado is a great source of heart-healthy monounsaturated fat. The avocado fat is a type of fat that may actually help to raise levels of HDL ("good"cholesterol) which actually protects arteries, while lowering levels of LDL ("bad" cholesterol).

In case you are not familiar, HDL or the good cholesterol is the one that cleanses the arteries from the LDL or bad cholesterol build up. So, it flows naturally that the higher the HDL/good cholesterol the less is LDL/bad cholesterol.

You need not worry about the avocado content of fat, as this fat is not harmful nor does it increase your cholesterol levels.

Greetings to you in the mighty name of our savior Jesus. Thank you for your interest to know about our NGO. I am so glad and much interested to let you know about the activities of our organisation.

Mostly we are working for the les-privileged children, women and the aged.

For children, we are running an orphanage home for the children who have no parents and no one to help for their education. At present we have 34 children both boys and girls between the ages 1 year to 12 years. WE provide free food, accommodation, education, health, clothing. We admit the children in the schools and we pay tuition fees, Uniforms, shoes, books and transportation.

For women, we are working for their self sustainable development. Usually most of the village women have no education and they depend on somebody for their lively hood.WE train them and help them to start a tiny business. WE help them in the marketing too. We lend money to start their business and collect the loan on easy installments.

We are planning to start old age homes. But due to lack of funds we are not in a position to start immediately.
