Are you a coffee mania!


Stay well hydrated, drink water throughout the day.
Drink 1-2 extra glasses of water for every caffeine or
alcoholic drink you consume.

I hear you on this! About 10 years ago I was drinking a lot of coffee and I was not feeling in good health - getting headaches, stomach problems, etc.

Then I cut out coffee almost entirely and started drinking water throughout the day. What a difference! I felt better and experienced far less head and stomach problems.

Since then, I have reduced my salt intake considerably, too, and that has helped even more.

(By the way, I am back to drinking coffee again, lol, but no more than two or three cups spread out through the day.)

Well, These tips are commonly practicing by most of the people. But it always works with busy life in which we forget to drink water as required. In addition with the nice advice. To Keep your body fit and healthy....Think Healthy..Feel Healthy. Don't take tension and prevent anxiety this reduce the level of happiness and health from you life....
Conclusion is that most of the time we think that we are going down in health but its only your thoughts that makes you ill my dear.
