Are your hips spreading East to West? Your stomach is in the North and your rear end is heading South?

Did you look in the mirror today and saw "the perfect you?" What is perfection?

Do you feel that you are overweight, have tried every diet and still nothing happens?

Have you given up on your body but your body has not given up on you?

What is the best way to lose weight?

Do diet pills work and if so for how long?

What goes on in your head when you look at your body?

There are several ways, by which you can improve your lifestyle. To live a healthy lifestyle, you need to change your eating habits. You need to be conscious about what type and how much food you are consuming and in what manner the food has been prepared. Cut down the intake of fried and spicy foodstuffs and replace them with fresh vegetables, fruits and grains. It is healthier to steam or grill your food, since this will help to preserve the minerals and vitamins which are present in the food.

The second thing that you need to keep in mind, is that to live a healthy lifestyle you need to reduce the consumption of artificial beverages, tea, coffee and soda. It is always better for you, to drink at least 8 glasses of plain water daily, to avoid dehydration as well as to flush out the toxic waste from your body.

The third thing that you also need to keep in mind is to exercise daily. This will not only help you to live a healthy lifestyle but will also help you to enjoy a happy life. Exercises don't mean that you have to perform strenuous activities. It means that you need to keep yourself active and this can be accomplished by simple activities, like bicycling, walking and swimming. Exercises are good for your body, since they help to increase blood circulations and will keep you fit, strong and healthy.

A healthy lifestyle is one in which the individual is health conscious enough to keep certain health risk factors out.

Unhealthy eating and physical inactivity are two bad lifestyle habits, but there are others such as smoking, overweight, air pollution, certain occupational hazards.

This is the one good reason for the health program that I organize and teach,it prepares one to keep health risk factors out.

One simple tip is working for me. "Eat when you are hungry, stop! When you are full.

Losing weight is not just about weight loss, it's a mind set. I say this because nothing positive happens in life if your mind isn't working right. Seeing is Believing! Believing is seeing! Begin to train your mind to see the outcome. Look in the mirror and See your ideal weight, smile and love your body. Look at other people and overlook the obvious (Fat)and help them by seeing the beauty in them. Make positive comments! Forget the (Fat) see them as as you would like them to see you. Complement them on their attitude, their clothes, their eyes features etc. Make some one smile.

It can be most frustrating when you feel you are doing your best and yet sometimes you best is just not good enough. Do you feel me? I am what you would consider overweight by maybe (50) pounds. Uh! I hate diets, dislike being told what I should or should not eat! But I have come to realize that is I want to succeed discipline is needed. So I am doing an intense work out which I enjoy and I am dealing with the foods, eating what will contribute to my health and not what I crave. What about you?

The liver is the largest organ in the body and plays an important part in losing weight.

The primary functions of the liver are TO Produces bile(breaks down fats)

The liver creates bile salts, which are transported to the small intestine. Bile salts are necessary for the emulsification and absorption of fats.

To stores glucose as the form of glycogen

Makes blood clotting factors

Detoxification of blood( ex: alcohol, medications)

The best vegetables for the liver are carrots and beetroots because they contain antioxidants including beta carotene. These vegetable antioxidants have a healing and cleansing effect on the liver.
