I sometimes practice EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique), but I have to admit, I had a little trouble remembering the sequence and I couldn\\\'t practice it publicly (embarrassed).
I use the Sedona Method more regularly. It\\\'s simple. You just ask yourself 3 little questions and the neg feeling goes away. It\\\'s miraculous! AND I can do it in my head so no one thinks I\\\'m a crazy person when I\\\'m out and about;)

Suszette, why don't you publish an article on the Sedona Method and share it with all of us?

@Suszette : Yes indeed EFT may sound/look embarrassing to be practise in public, however, from my experience I can say one thing. It's all in our head. First of all, no one has time or no one cares to look at you. You may be dancing naked on the roof top and yet not be noticed by a single soul. The sad reality is that people are so within themselves, pampering their own hurt and just sulking in the corner of their own mind, least bothered to look around and enjoy the world.

Second thing, no no I am not a EFT paid promoter, no need to worry about the sequence or order of points to tap. I use the KC point most of the time and it does the trick. Unless you need to work on a long very long pending issue or you are using it for therapeutic purpose for treating something, for quick solutions, the KC works great.

However I will be interested in knowing more about Sedona method. If you would be kind enough to write a post/article and share it with us.

Thank you for sharing the tips.

To yourwebman, EFT stands for Emotional Freedom Technique. go to emofree.com to get a free basic ebook on the topic. It's basically acupressure on key energy points within the body with the aim of unblocking energy disruptions. You can try it on anything from physical pain to psychological issues.

To get rid of negative emotion, focus on what you desire. The moment you realize you're negative is the moment you can change your focus. It needs to be done ASAP, when you raalize it; otherwise you weakem your ability to change later.

@Ian McKenzie AND @guppydas
Writing an article on the Sedona Method is an excellent idea and is already in the works:) The article will include other "golden nuggets" that can help manifestation using LOA. Thanks for the feedback, guys!

@Suszette: I will be waiting to read what you write.

For me it is going to be an interesting learning process. Over past several years, I have been through formal/informal training for various methods and today I can confidently and comfortably say, in a positive way, that they are all the same. Modalities differ. If one observes carefully, it is all about shifting the focus to positive results rather then getting stuck with 'problems'.

Since no two people are alike, no one method can be universal in achieving this objective of bringing about the shift. In my practise, I used to spend sometime with my clients, not to understand the problem but to energetically gauge which method would work best. 8/10 times, not boasting here, I succeeded in the first attempt. I find trying to understand someone else's problem is waste of time as it is impossible to ever understand it.

My approach is to empower the individual to deal with the problem, giving them the tools that would best work for them. It's like 'give food to hungry and you have fed him once, teach the hungry to fish, he will feed himself for life.' I live and believe in living in total freedom with taking 100% responsibility to whatever happens in my life.

So excited to read/learn something more from you Suszette. I will be watching this thread.

Getting rid of Negative Emotion - I start my day with a positive programming of myself. Whenever during the day I should feel coming up negative emotions I remember this programming with an anchoring pressure. All this I got from Paul McKennas book: Change your life in 7 days (see my Spotlights). For me it works really great.

But as Guppydas says: Everyone has to find his own way as no two people are alike.

A wonderful day to all you, dear Readers.
