James, I have noticed that a large percentage of the users of this site, and much of the discussions and articles are geared towards India and other Asian countries. I would recommend to get more website traffic from the USA that you can find them easily on other platforms.

However, you can get more people to check out your website from here as well. Just a couple of quick pointers to help you out: First, try writing your information in complete sentences with punctuation
and correct grammar, otherwise it looks like you don't know what you're doing or don't speak English very well, and that's going to turn off the IMFaceplate users who are from English-speaking countries such as the USA, UK, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, etc.

I hope this helps you. Also out of more than 600 reviews on tripadvisor.com (with many happy customers) you have a few very poor reviews. This can happen to any business. I haven't checked any other travel sites but you need to. You should get on the sites and respond to explain why things were bad for those particular customers, and what you are doing to make it up to them and make sure it never happens to anyone else.

This advice goes for anyone. To get and keep your business healthy, you need to take care of your people, and not just have a nice website. And you need to check up on what people are saying about your service on a regular and frequent basis. It's a new age of Social Media where everyone has a voice.

If you have any other questions I'd be glad to help if I know the answers.
