Hi I know I've not updated for awhile so lets fill people in on what I've been doing. Except for a few health issues, I'm now on recovery.
In regards to my weight loss, well its going really well, I'm now down to 97kg's, i do fluctuate between 97-98kgs at the moment but doing well, no special diets, just taking Trim and walking the dogs.
So I now have only 2kg to go and I will have lost in total 10kg since August 2010.

Well it's time for an update. Been ill for past 2 weeks so not much happened on the weight loss side of things. I'm on the mend now and back to work tomorrow. After starting using Trim in August, had 2wks of nil product in September so that has delayed the product effect on weight loss, I didn't gain or loose weight while not on product so that was a bonus. The big thing is now my Weight loss so far (and this has only happened in last 4 days) a whopping loss of 1kg of weight, so now a total loss of 2kg of weight. I finally worked out how to make the weight come off using Trim. I'm looking forward to a new wardrobe shopping spree in the new year.

Hello, some update on Mandura Trim, so far I've seen the difference it has made to me skin, it feels and looks tighter and smoother. I've more energy to keep up with my dogs on their power walk. No cravings for sweets. Meals are getting smaller because I feel full most of the time.

Yippee, my product arrived yesterday in the mail. Tomorrow I get all my pics done and measurements and weight, so will be uploading this info once all done. Will start taking Trim on Sunday so here goes looking and feeling a new person in a few weeks. I will keep you posted on my goals and how Trim is working for me.
