My review of the new ProfitAdShare "passive" profit sharing program. The program states that it is a online advertising and money making site, that sends traffic to advertisers (a.k.a. affiliates) and pay daily profit sharing to affiliates, from revenue generated by advertisers (a.k.a. affiliates). The certificate of
incorporation, shown on the web site, shows ProfitAdShare Adrevenue Inc. as the owner. The site's URL is "profitadshare.com", was created on April 12th, 2013, is set to expires on April 12th, 2014, was registered by ENOM, Inc., and server is located in San Jose, Costa Rica. The domain registration is set to private and there is no information on the ProfitAdShare website on what the program's address, phone number, or email address are.
How Does ProfitAdShare work? Members can join the program for free and can earn referral commissions, but they must use these commissions to purchase Ad Packs. Otherwise affiliates must purchase Ad Packs, at a cost of $10 each, to earn money. ProfitAdShare offers a "guaranteed" daily ROI from 1.8% to 2.4%, over 90 days, depending on the plan (number of Ad Packs) a affiliate purchases:
Bronze Plan – 1.8% daily (1-25 Ad Packs)
Silver Plan – 2.1% daily (26-50 Ad Packs)
Gold Plan – 2.4% daily (51 or more Ad Packs)
Referral commissions are paid on Ad Packs purchased by recruited affiliates and is paid down three levels: 5% on level 1
3% on level 2
1% on level 3
There is a minimum withdrawal amount of $10, plus affiliates can only withdraw 70% of their earnings (30% must be used to purchase new Ad Packs). There is also a $2 plus 2% withdrawal fee on all withdrawals. ProfitAsShare uses Solidtrustpay, Egopay, Perfect Money, and HD Money for all account funding and withdraws.
My Opinion........ Wow where do I begin? OK my first RED FLAG is the “certificate of incorporation” from Lancaster City in the UK has been uploaded to the ProfitAdShare website. After searching the Lancaster City corporation company listings and certificate numbers, I have found that NO company by the name of ProfitAdShare Adrevenue Inc. as incorporated in Lancaster City, UK. Making this “certificate of incorporation” a complete "fake". The last program that I joined that was displaying fake documents, lost me money, as it only lasted 3 months before it went "scam".
RED FLAG number two. The fact that the owner(s) of ProfitAdShare just copied the "terms and conditions" from the now "failed" DailyPayer MLM daily profit share program. Plus the fact that the ProfitAdShare owner(s) even forgot to change the name from dailypayer.com to ProfitAdShare.com in the "terms and conditions", makes it very likely that the owner(s) of the "failed" DailyPayer program are the same owner(s) of the ProfitAdShare program (but I can not prove this).
Which brings me to RED FLAG number three. I will NEVER trust or invest money into any MLM program that is not willing to share their true owner(s) name and address, phone number, or email address with their affiliates.
My last RED FLAG is with NO retail customers, all daily ROI earnings will have to be paid out from either existing affiliate re-investments or from new affiliate investments. Just do the math, for every $1 coming in from affiliates, up to $1.51 is being paid out to affiliates, every 90 days. WHERE IS THIS EXTRA $.51 COMING FROM? From new affiliate money that's where. Making ProfitAdShare a perfect definition of a Ponzi scheme.
Despite this ProfitAdShare states that they are not an investment program by stating "You acknowledge Profitadshare.com is not an investment program, multi-level marketing program, High Yield Investment Program, “autosurf”, randomizer, matrix, pyramid, Ponzi scheme, “get rich quick” scheme, or other similar venture.". Then what else would you call it? All I know is if it "quacks like a duck" and "looks like a duck", then it is a "duck".
The website "guarantees" a daily ROI from 1.8% to 2.4%, over 90 days, yet in the company's FAQ the following appears: "Can The Admin Change Rules Of The Program? Yes, the Admin can. It is in the Admin’s and the members’ interest that this program runs for a very long time, so changes have to be made every once in a while to keep up with the times. It could be as simple as changing and adding to these FAQs or it could be major amendment, such as changing the ROI rates of the program." So much for the guaranteed ROI.
I guess it should come as no surprise to you that I DO NOT recommend this ProfitAdShare program to anybody, unless you are willing on losing your money. Remember that the DailyPayer MLM program, that ProfitAdShare is modeled after, only lasted approx. four months before it went "scam". And I see no reason why this ProfitAdShare program will be any different.
Just My Opinion,
