  • RippIn Calls It Quit
Since my last RippIn blog posting, Is RippIn DOA, additional information has surfaced in January 2014 concerning what is happening with RippIn. It seems that an email from RippIn affiliate, Michael Rutherford, was sent to his “RippIn team” and began to circulate on RippIn's Facebook page. Rutherford's email begins by saying that “it’s been a while” and continued to state what happened to RippIn-- "Even though RippIn did a lot of things right coming out of the gate, there were still a lot of challenges happening behind the scenes that were very difficult to solve with the team & operating budget it had.

  • Top ZeekRewards Earners Named
Sixteen months after the SEC shut down ZeekRewards, SEC receiver Kenneth Bell filed a motion for “leave to file actions and setting of initial conference (claw-back) ” litigation on the top ZeekRewards affiliates, on December 11th, 2013. The Receiver’s motion requests an “initial conference” to be held in North Carolina sometime in January 2014. • Herbalife Federal Court Case
Now I have never done a review on the Herbalife MLM program, as I thought it was "above suspicion" of being anything but a legal MLM company. With marketable products and a new April 2013 created non-affiliate customer base, I thought it would pass as a legit MLM program. But now that one of its affiliates, Dana Bostick, filed a lawsuit against Herbalife in US Federal court, I am having second thoughts. Bostick filed a 68 page complaint "accusing the company of being an

I first reviewed the WCM777 daily "passive" MLM program back on July 15th, 2013. As per my original review of WCM777, I reported that it was registered in the British Virgin Islands, stated they opened a office in the City of Industry, CA, and that in my opinion it was a Ponzi scheme. I have since found out that they held a "grand opening" on June 17th, 2013, in Los Angeles, claiming to have "received great support from the California government".

  • ZeekRewards Claw-Back Lawsuits
As the deadline to filing ZeekRewards claims has closed on September 5th, 2013, the time for ZeekRewards affiliates, that were large net winners, to be able to negotiate returning a portion their Zeek winnings back to the court appointed ZeekRewards receiver has also passed. Now these same Zeek affiliates are being targeted to be SUED by the SEC court appointed receiver. Many of these Zeek affiliates have not negotiated or returned their winnings possibly because of advice from some Zeek supporters or their sponsors, who still maintained that Zeek was a real business and SEC stopped a good thing stating "there was no victims until SEC stepped in" or "we have evidence that will exonerate ZeekRewards" or "we heard that SEC doesn't really have a case" making many net winning affiliates believing that they are are untouchable by the SEC court receiver.

  • August 2013 HYIP Fraud Report
ere is my August 2013 HYIP (High Yield Income Program) fraud report: Advertising Based Profit Sharing Programs - In the last 2 months these types of HYIP's have become the most popular type of online HYIP "fraud". These types of HYIP's now out numbering investment and Forex type HYIP "frauds". In fact you will notice that a lot of the HYIP's shown on my "expected ending soon" and "already fraud" lists below are exactly these types of HYIP's. You know the type of HYIP that I am talking about. The ones that promise a guaranteed ROI on text and/or banner advertising purchases, sometime in exchange for viewing a certain number of fellow members ads. My advise to you is to stay away from these types of programs as I have review many of them and have not found even ONE that was "stable" or "self-sustaining' or "legitimate". Their promises of EASY money looks very inviting, but most investors have ended up losing money in them (including myself).

  • Questions About Uinvest
I receive a lot a questions about the Uinvest MLM program, so I thought that I would do a blog posting with answers to most of these questions. What is Uinvest? Uinvest is a "equity crowd funding platform" MLM type program. Basically what this means is that Uinvest is an investment MLM where its members can invest in foreign companies by purchasing shares (stocks) in that company, that will earn a monthly return (ROI), over a set length of time. The company you decide to investing is agreeing to pay you a percentage of their profits, every month, for the use of your money. Uinvest is the middle man that collects the money for you, less a small fee, from the companies each month. This makes Uinvest a true "passive" (no referrals needed to earn) MLM program.

Some history on Frederick Mann. He is listed as the founder of JustBeenPaid, which was morphed into ProfitClicking in 2012, which was then morphed into AdClick Xpress (ACX) on June 18th, 2013. Mann was also the former pitchman for the AdSurfDaily program (shut down by the Fed's in 2008 as a Ponzi scheme). He has also appeared to have been a affiliate in Idenics and ZeekRewards.

  • HourlyRevShare Shutting Down
Only one month after I reported on the HourlyRevShare(HRS) re-launch to HourlyRevShare II, and now the program is now shutting down. As I posted in my last HourlyRevShare(HRS) update "it is now a known fact that the original program has "failed" and their is no guarantee that the new program will not also "fail" in the future" has come true. I just did not expect it to come true in only one month. HourlyRevShare(HRS) History... The original HourlyRevShare (HRS) MLM program started at the first of 2013 and started to "fail" in May 2013, when withdraws were no longer being paid out. To try and save the program it was decided to "re-boot" the original HRS program in June 2013, which basically WIPED OUT all the existing affiliates earnings and withdraws over then last 3 months. And then restart the "passive" MLM program as HourlyRevShare II, giving all affiliates their original investment, less any withdraws they had previously received, as new lower paying ad packs. Previous members did not NOT RECEIVE REFUNDS, but new ad packs (at lower earning ROI's), meaning that all affiliates must again start from scratch. Now less then one month latter the program is being shut down (as per a letter by the fetishes Anelie Steinway) for the following reason:

  • Is My MLM Program Legal or Not?
If you have read my previous blog post on reviews of different MLM programs, you have noticed some MLM programs I have RED FLAGGED as not being legal in the United States. So how do I determine if a MLM program is legal or not? I compare the MLM program and its comp plan to the "guide lines" that are put fourth by both the United States FTC and SEC agency's as follows: Most government agency's focus mostly on the conduct of the MLM company and its affiliates to determine if they are "engaging in unfair or deceptive consumer practices" in their sales and marketing techniques. These deceptive practices include posting pictures/videos of "large" commission checks, citing "guarantee" earnings, making unproven earning claims like "make $1,000 per week doing nothing", making unproven product claims like "increase your car's mileage by 300%", making false or unproved earnings/product testimonials, and programs that recruit affiliates by leading them to believe that they will earn money without doing anything.

  • Empower Network's Compliance Problems
It now looks like Empower Network MLM program owners are finally getting concern about their compliance issues after two years of giant check waving. Now Empower Network has posted a new 1/2 hour compliance video with MLM attorney Kevin Thompson and EN president David Sharpe in their site compliance section. One of the "humorous" parts of the video is where David Sharpe opens a segment by pretty much stating that anybody who calls a company a pyramid scheme has no idea what they are talking about, with the attorney Kevin Thompson then taking over and reducing David's “everybody”comment to “90% of people”. Kevin Thompson goes on to state "The reality, the very simple boiled down version of what makes up a pyramid scheme is, are you paying rewards based on recruitment? And so, if the pay plan is driven by product sales, that’s an indication of a good program. And in Empower Network, 100% of the commissions are driven by product sales. But, product sales alone does not mean it’s a perfectly clean model. You have to sell something valuable. We could have a networking program where we’re selling $10,000 lemonade. Yes, it’s a product sale and, yes, those sales are funding the commissions but clearly there is a problem." My question is this, isn't selling a "free" blogging program (WordPress) for a $25 monthly fee basically the same as selling over priced lemonade?

  • WCM777 Review
My review of the newly launched WCM777 daily "passive" income MLM program. This program is claimed to be a social network, with their main aim to "create a trustworthy and common wealth community by integrating social networks, E-commerce, offline marketplace, cloud computing technology and customer loyalty points program". The site states the founder as Dr. Xu Ming and CEO as Liu Zhi. Their URL is "wcm777.com"; created on Nov. 20th, 2012; expires on Nov. 20th, 2019; and was register by World Capital Market. WCM777 servers are located in Fullerton, CA, USA and Vancouver, Canada. WCM777 states its address as 1218 John Reed Court, City of Industry, CA 91745 and was launched on June 17th, 2013. The website displays the certificate of incorporation for World Capital Market (which is located in the British Virgin Islands) and there is a lot of information about this company on the WCM777 site, but almost no information about WCM777. There is no information about if or what state WCM777 is incorporated in, only that it is "legally" registered in the USA. Both Dr. Xu Ming and Liu Zhi lists tons of private equity fund, M&A, and investment banker experience, but no MLM program experience. Dr. Xu Ming is listed on the WCM777 site as the "founder" of World Capital Market, but in truth was a "co-founder".

  • July 2013 HYIP Fraud Report
Here is my July 2013 HYIP (High Yield Income Program) fraud report: Liberty Reserve - As I stated in my blog posting on May 27th, 2013, the shut down of the Liberty Reserve payment processor, by police agencies in the United States and Costa Rica, would probably cause a lot of HYIP programs to "fail" and as you can see below, as it has. With most HYIP's having more that 50% of their affiliates deposits coming from Liberty Reserve, this has caused new HYIP member deposits to dry up and has forced over 80% of all previous HYIP to either "fail" or has put them on the road to "failing". Another side effect of the Liberty Reserve shut down is the fact that other three of most popular HYIP payment processors ( EgoPay, Perfect Money, and OKPay) have now all now stopped accepting new US members, further drying up new HYIP investments.

  • Better-Living Global Marketing Update
Update of the Better-Living Global Marketing income program. I reviewed this program back on March 11th, 2013 when it was still very new. Better-Living Global Marketing is another penny auction MLM business (much like ZeekRewards) that was launched in August of 2012 and is based in Hong Kong. The website, states that it’s ‘a subsidiary of MSP Power Marketing‘ and has a lot of information about it’s lubricant products, but no real information on the Better-Living Global Marketing penny auction program. MSP Power Marketing (and by association Better-Living Global Marketing) was founded in the early 1990s by Luke Teng who is stated as the CEO of Better Living Global Marketing. The Better-Living Global Marketing affiliate site URL is "blgm.hk" and had 966 average daily visitors, when I first reviewed the program, and is now up to 2,192 average daily visitors. The Bidder's Paradise auction site URL is "Bp8.hk" and currently has 1,512 average daily visitors.

  • Cash Unite Review
My review of the Cash Unite MLM program. The Cash Unite is still in pre-launch, but the site states that it is offering a MultiSocialSuite that will unify all the major social networking sites (like Facebook, Tweeter, etc.) into one location (Cash Unite). The program URL is "cashunite.com". was created on Jan. 27th 2012, is set to expire on Jan. 27th 2016, and is shown as registered by Enom, Inc. All other information including hosting site, owners name, address, phone number, and email address have been hidden. The only thing I could find out, as to the owner of Cash Unite, was located on the web site stating the it is owned by a LLC located in the United Kingdom. True you can now join for free, but remember that you should not pay any money to a MLM company that is not willing to disclose its company and URL information.

  • HourlyRevShare Update
Here is what has happened with the "passive" MLM HourlyRevShare (HRS) program since my review on Feb. 14th, 2013. I will not go into the web site URL information or how it works, as this information has not changed, I am just going to cover the new HourlyRevShare II changes. Whats New... The original HourlyRevShare (HRS) MLM program started to "fail" in May 2013, when withdraws were no longer being paid out. To try and save the program, owner Anelie Steinway (from Germany) decided to "re-boot" the original HRS program which basically WIPED OUT all the existing affiliates earnings and withdraws over then last 3 months. And then restart the "passive" MLM program as HourlyRevShare II, giving all affiliates their original investment, less any withdraws they had previously received, as new lower paying ad packs. NOT REFUNDS, but new ad packs (at lower earning ROI's), meaning that all affiliates must again start from scratch (not a very good incentive to want to invest any additional money into the program, is it) .

  • Brazil Shuts Down TelexFree
This started back in February 2013 when the Brazilian government regulatory agency put the "passive" TelexFree MLM program under criminal investigation as a Pyramid scheme. So I guess the following statements by TelexFree affiliates that "It’s official! The investigation on TelexFree has been absolved." was a little premature, as a public prosecutor at the 2nd Civil Court of Rio Branco (located in Acre, Brazil) announced a court ordered injunction against TelexFree, stopping all business operations, including the registration of new affiliates, accepting new investments, and paying out returns to existing affiliates.

  • Leaf International Review
After two requests from people on my list asking me about the Leaf International, I have decided to do a review on the program. Leaf International is another "passive" MLM profit sharing program based on both text and banner advertising (much like AddWallet). They also state that they sell a web site builder software. The URL is "preleaf.com" which was registered on September 7th, 2012, set to expire on September 7th, 2014, and the site owner as being Magnar Kongestol from Norway. No information on the website states who owns or runs this program. When I go to the Leaf International support page it shows that they have eight employees, with Magnar Kongestol listed as a "Official Rep". The only history I could find on the people listed as "Official Rep.'s", was that Mr. Kongestol was listed as the Chairman of the Board for the now "failed" MLM company called Goodle Adz. Goodle Adz "failed" only a few months after its launch.

  • Is AddWallet In Trouble
s AddWallet on its last legs? Launched on the same servers as the failed Ponzi scheme Wealth Creation Alliance, in early 2013. As I noted in my early AddWallet review, it was "obviously" a program that was funded by AddWallet affiliates only, where affiliates invest in AD units and then earn a daily ROI by viewing seven other affiliates ads each day. With no additional revenue sources and no retail customers, all that matters is that affiliates continue to invest their money and recruit new affiliates to invest new money is all that is keeping this program going. Now AddWallet has moved its web servers in Ecuador, the same country that AddWallet CEO Louis Cordero lives. Their USA VP, Brandon Bradshaw, will also be moving to Ecuador next month. Soon AddWallet will be putting up on their web site the Ecuador address and phone number. Plus they will be welcoming affiliates to come to Ecuador and meet with them. Yet they have not stated why feel the need move the servers to Ecuado

  • BannersBroker Updates 6/14/2013
There has been some new BannersBroker updates that has come out recently that I wanted to tell you about. First the release of the "official" BannersBroker user manual. Now you can read all about both what BannersBroker is about, now it works, and how to manage your account. This gives everybody an opportunity to explore this great income program, as far as how it works and what you will need to do to make money, before you decide to join this income program. Another great improvement that is coming soon is a new Debit Card that can be used for withdrawing affiliate earnings, which will eliminate the current backlog of past affiliate withdraws. Plus BannersBroker is making sure that this Debit Card company is well connected with them, so that the same thing that happened with the last MasterCard Debit Card will not be repeated.

t has been a long time since I blogged about how I get traffic to my favorite online income programs, plus a lot has changed in the different ways you can now get traffic. Years ago, the only free traffic that you could find was usually tied to either "safelists", "traffic exchanges", "classified ads", and "banner exchange sites", but this has changed a lot. So I feel it was time for an update.

  • Universal Private Banking Review
A MLM MasterCard banking program, are you kidding me? I can assure you that MasterCard has no idea that this new MLM company even exist yet and when they do find out I guarantee you that MasterCard will "close" all of these credit card accounts over night. I know for a fact that MasterCard, Visa, Discovery, etc. WILL NOT STAND FOR any company that plans to either use their name to promote a MLM program or "god forbid" base their compensation plan on their card. My first RED FLAG is the fact the web site states "Earnings are 100% guaranteed by an international financial institution". I know of NO ”international financial institution” that will guarantee MLM earnings. Then add in the fact that its URL is for only 1 year. Another RED FLAG is the fact that the company is both "hiding" and has "lied" about its company owner, address, etc., plus is not shown as incorporated or licensed to operate as a banking institution in the USA. Why would anybody put money into a "bank" without first knowing if it is licensed by the FDIC, yet alone who owns it or even what country it is located.

  • Join2World Review
I was asked to do this review of the new Join2World MLM program by a friend. I do know what I can tell you about this new program, as it is still in pre pre-launch and very little information is out about it, but here is what I have found out so far. I believe that Join2World is going to be some type of hosted blogging platform, but I am not sure. They state on their web site that the program ‘will be launched in the summer 2013′. Its URL is "join2world.com", was created on April 19th, 2013, is set to expire on April 19th, 2014, registrar Gransy S.R.O. DBA Subreg.cz, and with its servers located in Virgin Islands, British. The owners name, address, phone number, and email address are all "hidden". What is Join2World? As of this blog posting I do not know for sure. I do know that the compensation plan revolves around monthly membership payments. I do not know at this time what the affiliate monthly membership payments are. But it looks like Join2World will pay out commissions to affiliates using both a 2×12 forced matrix and 5 level uni-level bonus. The matrix places the affiliate at the top with two positions under them (level 1) with two positions under these positions (level 2) and so on down 12 levels. The forced matrix is filled either by direct recruitment or the recruiting efforts of an affiliates up and down lines. Matrix commissions are .50 cents per monthly paying matrix position.

  • Ultimate Profits Network Review
My review of the Ultimate Profits Network MLM program. Basically this program sells itself has an Internet marketing tool. It states on its website that the opportunity is “powered by Team Impact LLC”, headed up by Jon Scherling and Geoff Cash. It is believed that the Ultimate Profits Network program owners are also Scherling and Cash. Its URL is "ultimateprofitsnetwork.tk", with its server location in the Netherlands. All other web URL information is "hidden' including URL creation date, expiration date, owners name, and address. But the site does use a virtual mailbox address that is located in the US state of Pennsylvania, indicating this is where both Team Impact LLC and Ultimate Profits are located.

  • Body Align Review
This is my review of the Body Align MLM program. The Body Align program sells health and wellness products powered by holographic provider Powered by 8ight, Inc. (holographic Scalar Wave 8ight disks and wrist bands). The Body Align program CEO and founder, is Steve Lepkowski, with the head of marketing training, Tony Berthelot. The URL is "bodyalign.com", which was created on Nov. 5th, 1998, is set to expired on Nov. 4th, 2013 (in just 4 months), and servers are located in Chicago, IL. It is originally shown as being registered by a company name T.H.E. Investments Inc. o/a Body Alignment Technique which is located in Orillia, ON, Canada. But the Body Align website lists its home office as Body Align in Virginia Beach, VA. USA, very strange. Here is a little history on the Body Align CEO, Steve Lephowski. In Feb. 1999, being fresh out of school he went to work for Texas Instruments as the director of marketing. In Feb. 2005 he left TI and went to work for Liberty Tax Service as VP of sales until Oct. 2009. He is also shown a owner of a Sonic Restaurant franchise from 2005 to present. He starting as CEO of Body Align on Jan. 2013. I must assume that from Oct. 2009 to Jan. 2013 he must have lived off his Sonic Restaurant earnings as I can not find any MLM experience for him. As far as head of marketing training, Tony Berthelot, he is the founder of Unique Marketing Concepts. But with a lot of companies online with the same name and two located in Florida, I was having a hard time finding his company. You would think that with his self stated "years of online marketing experience" both he and his company would have a larger online presents.

  • Total Life Changes Review
My review of the Total Life Changes income MLM program. Total Life Changes (TLC) are in the nutrition and skincare product selling game and is its CEO and founder is Jack Fallon. The URL site is "totallifechanges.com" which was created on July 4th, 2003, is set to expired on July 4th, 2017, and has its server in Scottsdale AZ. I wasn’t able to find any history on Jack Fallon, so I’m not sure if he was involved in any other MLM companies before Total Life Changes or not. Even though the URL was created in 2003 the current TLC program seems to only started since early 2012. Prior to that the TLC products (under the Iaso labeling) have been primarily marketed through SeAcai, which is now listed as a division of TLC. The renaming of the company back to Total Life Changes appears to be an effort to increase the Iaso product exposure and affiliate sign ups.

  • Is Bidify Going The Way Of GoFunPlaces
In case you have not read my earlier blog posts about Bidify, it is another penny auction MLM site that is using the daily ROI (profit sharing) model of compensation. Much like the "failed" ZeekRewards and GoFunPlaces penny auction MLM programs. Since I last wrote about Bidify they have undergone at least three different compensation plan changes, so I thought it was time for an update. The last compensation plan is still a primarily affiliate-funded ROI scheme see BehindMLM link) and the Bidify’s v2.0 compensation plan changes must have not work very well, as Bidify failed to attract many additional customers to it’s Bidsson penny auctions. Of course Bidsson’s former CEO, Albert Liske, publicly declaring the company to be a Ponzi scheme (see this BehindMLM link) has not help either. Nor did the February 11th “amicable resolution” (see this BehindMLM link) reached between Albert Liske and Bidify.

  • JubiRev- The Truth
I am writing this blog post because I do not agree with the information in one of Oz's BehindMLM postings. First I must inform you that I have been a member of JubiRev since it was in pre-launch back in Feb. 2013 and that I agree with most of the online program reviews that Oz writes in BehindMLM. But one thing that I have noticed about some of Oz's posts is that he sometimes just writes what his OPTION is, without knowing the correct FACTS about a program. And I have found some major errors in his JubiRev ditch auto reinvestment, add Quality Score posting. Yes JubiRev has introduced the affiliate Quality Score which will measure what percentage of JubiPoints are being used to actually purchase JubiMax products. And yes all JubiRev affiliates will be required to maintain a 10% affiliate Quality Score if they wish to receive daily ROI on their their accumulated JubiPoint balance.

  • AddWallet Update
I first reviewed the AddWallet program back on Feb. 6th, 2013 when the program was still in pre-launch. Because of the RED FLAGS and low rating that I give the program back then, I was basically told that I did not know what I was talking about when it came to the AddWallet program. I can now say that it does not look good for the AddWallet program, despite the programs promise of “external revenue sources” (that have never been revealed). Prior to May 23rd, 2013, AddWallet was paying out affiliates a daily ROI between 1.09% to 1.67%., but starting in on May 23rd, 2013, the daily ROI paid out to affiliates showing a sharp decline to between .41% to .70%. A sudden large drop in daily ROI is always a big RED FLAG for any profit sharing program.

  • Liberty Reserve Shut Down
The Thursday May 23rd, 2013 the shut down of one of the largest online payment processors, Liberty Reserve, has sent shock waves through the international MLM and HYIP groups. As word spread on the Internet about Liberty Reserve's founder and owner, Arthur Budovsky, arrest reached both customers and Online income program owners. Budovsky, 39, was arrested in Spain as part of a money laundering investigation performed jointly by police agencies in the United States and Costa Rica, and with US. officials likely will seeking his extradition. Costa Rican prosecutor José Pablo González said Budovsky, a former U.S. citizen and naturalized Costa Rican of Ukrainian origin, has been under investigation since 2011 in Costa Rica for suspected money laundering using apparent shell companies he created to run Liberty Reserve.

  • World Consumer Alliance Update
Here is an update of the World Consumer Alliance (WCA) income program. This program is co-owned by Blaine Williams and Paul Skulitz. The website is WCAREV.com and is registered in the Russian Federation, with the server located in Houston, TX. The URL was created on Aug. 22th, 2012 under the name of Wealth Creation Alliance, but was rename to World Consumer Alliance soon afterwards because of an older "scam" program that was also called Wealth Creation Alliance. It was fully launch in Jan. 2013 and roughly a week after launching, World Consumer Alliance announced, somewhat ironically, that it was changing its name back again due to “scam reports” surfacing concerning another World Consumer Alliance HYIP program. This other HYIP program was launched by a guy named Chuck Hughes just prior to the launch of Blaine and Skulitz's World Consumer Alliance program, so again not happy with the reputation the new name had, they decided to change WCA’s name back to the original World Creation Alliance name.

The AdRevWorld URL "adrevworld.com" is shown as owned by Wealth4AllTeam, Inc., with the administrative contact as Danny Cianciulli, was registered on April 4th, 2013, and expires on April 4th, 2014. If the AdRevWorld owner Wealth4AllTeam and administrative contact name Danny Cianciulli sounds familiar it is because I have both blogged and joined several of their online programs before. Including the first Wealth4All program (which launched in Nov. 2011 & failed in Sept. 2012), the Wealth4AllTeam program (which launched in Jan. 2013 & failed in March 2013) and the Primus Hub program (which launched in Nov. 2012 and is still online, however has all but flopped since launch). A email was sent out to Wealth4AllTeam affiliates that informed them that as a result of an unnamed “outside consultant had literally stole most of the money that was being used for investments‘, that the Wealth4AllTeam would wait for September, 2013 to reorganize. Yet here they have started another MLM online opportunity program.

I rate this HYIP as LOW RISK.

  • Profitable Sunrise Under SEC Review
If you remembered, I wrote a blog review on the Profitable Sunrise program back on Nov. 16th, 2012 and at the time I reported a RED flag with this program. And it was the fact that the company does NOT provide any 1099's to its members, even though they reported that they have been loaning money to US businesses for the last 6 years and as such were breaking US IRS laws. I also stated that my doing such the US government would surely seized their company. By me reporting this RED flag and informing people to not invest into Profitable Sunrise, I received a large number of comments on my Profitable Sunrise blog review. Most were by Profitable Sunrise affiliates who told me that I was "wrong" and I had NO right to express negative options about a program that I was not even a member of.

  • February 2013 New HYIP Fraud Listing
There is no fail safe way to determine whether or not an HYIP is legitimate or fraudulent. Fraudulent HYIP owners will go to extremes in order to make their scam seem legitimate. Keep an eye open for the above red flags or anything else that seems odd to you. Do as much research as you can. Do not put all your eggs in one HYIP program. Diversify your investment portfolio, and finally do not invest more than you are willing to risk. Do not let your greed cloud your judgment. Always work on withdrawing your original investment money "first" before you start compounding any of your earnings.

  • BankonTraffic Review
This is my BankonTraffic (BOT) program review. First I need to tell you that this is a new program that has only just launched on February 20th, 2013. Their BankonTraffic (BOT) website shows their company address at 9630 Bruceville Road; Suite 106, Unit 316; Elk Grove, CA. The bankontraffic.com website is hosted on servers in Novato, CA and shows the registrar as Enom, Inc. With the website creation date of February 22th, 2012 and expiration date of February 22, 2014 (one year from now). The website owner is shown as Whois Privacy Protection service (WPPS); in Bellevue, WA (in other words the website owner has decided to keep their "true" contact information unlisted). But I have found out that ATMI is the owner and operator of the BankonTraffic (BOT) website technical infrastructure, with Harry Harmon the Project Manager and James Scott the Business Development Manager. But I do not know if these people work for ATMI or BOT.

How It Works - You can join the site for free, but to earn interest you have to invest some money. All plans start out at 180 business days (business days are Mon.-Fri., excluding Holidays, so 180 days is approximately 8 months) and your original investment will be returned after the 180 business days. They offer 3 investing plans.

I can now report that I have earned $18,032.04 to date, with now 7 referrals and without putting another penny of my own money back into it. I only go into by BannersBroker back office once a week to manage my account (purchase additional panels, traffic packs, qualify panels, etc.). I have already withdrawn, into my personal checking account, $3,151.50 which means that that I have already gotten my $500 "seed" money back, plus $2,651.50 in profit to date. • Relaunched Wealth4All Review
his is my review of the relaunched Wealth4All Team income program. The new Wealth4All program is still owned by Danny Cianciulli (the same owner of the original failed Wealth4All Team program). Before I get into the new Wealth4All Team program here is a little history of the original Wealth4All Team income program. The original Wealth4All Team was launched in the fall of 2011 and was an investment opportunity that offered affiliates earnings every 10 days on $16 TAP's that would cycle 6 to 12 times (depending on how many TAP's the affiliate purchased or repurchased). The return on investment that this figures out to be is 193%-250% over 60 to 120 days. All without having to refer anybody. It had no resalable products, so all earnings were paid out to affiliates solely from new investment money coming in from its affiliates (classic Ponzi scheme). On September 12, 2012 the original Wealth4All program was finally closed. Wealth4All owner, Danny Cianciulli, then announced a new program called Primus Hub (you can see my review on Primus Hub dated 11/13/2012 on this blog site).

  • MLM And The Global Financial Crisis
This means that more and more of these people will be looking for a MLM (Multi Level Marketing) or HYIP (High Yield Income Program) programs to help earn extra money. The problem is that online "scammers" also know this and have been working overtime, creating ever greater and greater numbers of online "ponzi schemes", "pyramid schemes", and "outright fraud sites". In fact these "scam" sites have increased by over 110%, in 2012 alone. I know of one of these "scammers" that has created and started 5 different "passive scam sites" just last year alone. Watch the 2013 New Year's Speech for EconomicFrauds.com to hear more about what to expect in 2013.

  • Are All HYIP Scams?
HYIP stands for High Yield Income Program and most are "passive" (passive meaning that you are not required to referral or sell products/services in order to earn income). Being that they are "passive" programs, most HYIP's are also not consider MLM programs (MLM stands for Multi Level Marketing), as MLM programs mostly work off a matrix system and HYIP's do not. Now there are some HYIP's that also combine MLM into their programs. Example- ProfitClicking which is both "passive" and pays commissions from a two level matrix system, but this is the exception to the normal rule of HYIP's. Just because you might lose money in a online program DOES NOT automatically mean that the program was a "scam". If this was the case then you would also have to believe that the stock market, bond market, and/or commodity exchanges are also "scams", as people lose money in these everyday. Here is my definition of what I would consider a "scam". Anytime you are GUARANTEED something and nether you or anybody else NEVER receives what was guaranteed, being it earnings, referrals, traffic, etc., then I consider this a "scam". And these can be any type program or business.

  • What Happen to PeopleString
If you have not yet noticed, the PeopleString portal site has been taken down. My history with PeopleString. I joined PeopleString in Feb 2010 and did not do much with it until the pre-launch of their RewardString gaming program in May 2010. At which time I paid $200 to become an upgraded "Entrepreneur" member in both RewardString and PeopleString. My wife then joined under me and also paid $200 in June 2010 to become a "Entrepreneur" member of RewardString and PeopleString. The main reason that me and my wife became Entrepreneur members was because PeopleString promised to give all upgraded members in RewardString 1,000 first level referrals (which neither of us ever received). Me and my wife stayed with PeopleString to the bitter end (when the portal site finally went down) about one week ago. My final matrix member count was 210 members with 2 entrepreneur members. My wife's final matrix member count was 47 members. Total money that I received from PeopleString was $128.15 and my wife received $26.10.
