Easy Fruit Cobbler

This is from my friend Lynn on FaceBook. This recipe is so easy! .

Topping:

1 cup sugar

1 cup flour

1 tsp baking powder

Mix together and add

1 beaten egg

Mix in until crumbly.

1. Put peaches or other fruit (about 1 quart) into a 10 inch pie plate or square pan.

2. Sprinkle dry mixture over fruit

3. Drizzle 1 cube of melted butter over dry mixture.

4. Bake at 375-400 for 30-40 minutes or until topping is nicely browned and crunchy.

5. YUM!

This sounds like the recipe my Daughter just gave me called the lazy Man's Pie.. and it was very good I had to try the recipe right away. So simple and Easy to make Thank you for sharing. I will try this also! Best Wishes Dee

Sounds delicious. I will definitely try it. My dad makes Peach Pan Doudy which is one of my absolute favorite things to eat. For some reason, cooked peaches are awesome, fresh peaches, not so much. Heather is the big cobbler fan so I may make this to surprise her. Thanks! - Rob
