The Five Secrets to Gain Contentment

I am on holiday this week and after trudging for an hour through the snow yesterday I reached a Subway outlet. I went in for some food and coffee and while I was eating a magazine that had been left out caught my eye. It had the headline of Five Secrets of Contentment

I avidly read the article and I have outlined the secrets below:

Secret One - Love People, Not Money or possessions

Secret Two - Resist the Urge to Compare Yourself with Others

Secret Three - Maintain an Appreciative Attitude

Secret Four - Choose your Friends Wisely

Secret 5 - Satisfy Your Spiritual Need

Five simple secrets that lead to contentment. Secrets One and Two really struck home for me. It is all about people, and guess what, IMFaceplate is all about people.

I am unique so it is no use to compare myself with others, admire and appreciate others but be yourself.

And finally in the spirit of being apprecaitive, the magazine was The WatchTower, a publication that I would not usually willingly read, but give I give credit where credit is due. And I am very appreciative of the person who left the magazine in Subway for me to read and to share with you.
