Beautiful Wales and a Wonderful Dog

This weekend we travelled to beautiful Wales to look at a dog. We drove over from London on Saturday morning and from the time we crossed the Severn into Wales I was captivated. It has such stunning scenery and the place is awash with history. We stayed in a small toen called Blackwood and looked at our new dog. The dog is a collie and he is a fine fellow with a lovely temperament. He passed muster and wiull be joining our family in the North of England. This afternoon we drove into the Brecon Beacons a very nice wilderbness area and had lunch at The Drovers Arms (they do a great pub lunch). We drove back through Abergavanny and the scenery was so lovely. Very different from England which is also very beautiful. All up we had a great weekend away and I am primed for a new week of work.
