Weather in Tuscany can change quickly, from hot summer months to cooler spring and autumn. We use heating from October thru April. Families need to travel in July and August when kids are out of school, but you’d save lots by planning your holiday for the mid-season months of June and September, when weather in Tuscany is very pleasant and pool water warm enough for a swim. If you aim for the outdoors with walks, rides and touring, choose April, May or October when prices are in low season, and weather is mild during the day and cooler in the evenings, when you’d enjoy burning a log in the fireplace! The low season is the romantic time and with only a few tourists around, you’d feel like a local when ordering your cappuccino at the local bar in the morning. Thanks and ciao, Zak
