According to a study carried on by the Univerisity of Yumaguchi, to get over the jet lag it is very important to keep our insuline levels very hight.
To achieve the perfect levels we should start a diet before our trip starts and finish it two days after the arrival and the diet should consist in combining carbohidrates and proteins.
