As it is located at a strategically important position, it gives you access to the hallmark of Mughal political hegemony and its aura cannot be undermined even for a single second. As we know that there is no dearth of glorious monuments, yet another is Chini Ka Rauza making the Taj Mahal tour unforgettable. As it is the tomb of Allama Afzal Khan Mullah of Shiraz, it owes its existence to the poet who was the Prime Minister of the Mughal Emperor Shah Jahan.

The tomb was built in 1635. Pondering on the architecture of Chini Ka Rauza, we find that it is a classic example of the Persian influence on Mughal architecture of that period. Constructed in 1635, it is equipped with high walls enclosing the entire building complex. The other prominent features of this building give you access to the presence of an Afghan-style bulbous dome with beautiful decorations coupled with geometric and floral arabesque in multi-colored glazed tiles.

The story does not end here as you also get an access to Itmad-ud-Daullah's Tomb while embarking on your Taj Mahal Tour. And never forget the great Sikandara, Mausoleum of Akbar, recognized for the beautiful mausoleum of Mughal Emperor Akbar.
