Directors and Founder:
Dr Dickson Simeon founded the company. Dickson Simeon has the Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) degree from University of Atlanta USA with specialization in Managerial Science. Dr Simeon graduated with Magna Cum Laude during his doctoral studies. Dr Simeon also has the Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from CQ University Rockhampton, Australia with major concentration in General Management. Dickson is a complete entrepreneur with experience in business construction and reconstruction and has helped many companies develop good business strategies that keeps then going till today. Dr Simeon has memberships of Institute of Public Accountants Australia and CPA Australia in addition to other notable professional associations across the globe. Dickson has over 20 years experiences in telecommunication, finance and accounting, business software development and marketing.
Ralph Okonkwo is a director of the company and has a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) and MBA degrees with specialization in Accounting. He is a robust businessman to the core.
Also as a Board Member, is Ms. Thi Pham. She has a lot of experience in the telecommunication and the software markets. A well known entrepreneur that assists the company to a greater extent.

Currently New Concept Technologies has products like: Class 4/5 softswitch and Billing, Calling card Software, Call Shop and Call back software, Call Center based application, Predictive dialer, ATEL Mobile Dialers for Android and Apple (iOS) based applications supporting global clients. The dialers may be rebranded based on clients needs.
Their Softswitch products are compatible with SIP based applications/equipment manufactured around the world. They enable Internet Service Provider (ITSPs) to deliver the highest levels of performance and quality using our carrier grade, reliable and scalable systems. They offer a turn-key system for ITSPs without the need of any third party applications.
NCT products are highly scalable, user friendly, modular, flexible, and integrated with a mature VoIP Billing System, Provisioning System, Auto-configuration system and variety of other advanced features that are not available with other providers.
With their Class 4/5 softswitch, ITSPs all over the world may offer Carrier/Wholesale Services, Residential VoIP and Calling Card Services, Conferencing, Voice Broadcast, PBX with advanced features, Fax Solutions, Call Center with integrated CRM tool, Advanced Auto Dialer software, Chat Software, International Mobile Top-Up, Callback, Callshops, SMS Marketing Solution, VoIP Termination, Click-to-Call Software and other “add ons” without any need for third party applications.
NCT is testing their new software that comprise CRM, Live Chat, Click-to-Call, PBX Call Center, Project Management, Support System, Asset Management –CMBD-ITIL, Knowledge base, Survey.
These products will be all-in-one, so there would not be any need for organizations to start shopping around for single products since all the products are in one place. With the CRM, they can send Invoices and Quotes using multiple companies, Leads, Contacts, SMS marketing, surveys, Email and Newsletter Marketing, Sales Pipeline and Funnel Management and chunks of reports.
These new products are being tested and are targeted to be released into the global market sometime early next year
NCT regularly attend the International Telecoms Weeks known for short as ITW in Chicago every year. They also attend other trade shows around the world during the year.
