When running your own telecom business, it does not matter if it is Internet based or mobile based, you need a way to monitor the service usage of your customers. In order to have the financial assets required to do this, you can provide a set amount of minutes, which you are then able to charge more for if your customers goes over. The telecom billing also works for the benefit of your customer as well, as they can see exactly how many minutes they have used over a given period of time, which they can then adjust the number of minutes they use in the future. This this kind of feature, they don't have to worry about going over as they are not surprised with a sudden bill. Your company does need to excel at customer service, and all of this is possible by taking advantage of the telecom billing services and always providing your customers with a correct bill. Nobody wants to be overcharged and you don't want to undercharge, so everyone is happy.
