Couple of decades ago when mobile phone was introduced we were really amused. Now technology has made mobile phones so advanced that it offers all the similar functions as a computer and can be much more as well. Nowadays, smart phones offer so many advanced features that it makes us confused on which one to choose and which one to refuse. With so many available options in the market it is very important to choose the right smart phone for you.

In this article we’ll mention few tips which will help you to choose the right smart phone for you and eliminate your confusion.

Set your budget:

First of all you need to set your budget and according to that you can proceed to check the smartphones. Currently smartphones have become very economical for everyone it’s available in all kind of price ranges. After you set your budget you can examine numerous smartphones available in the price range.

Know what you need:

You need to know the requirements which you are looking for in a smart phone. Different smartphones have different features; depending on your budget you can check all the available features. Select the features which you require most. Apart from that check the basic needs as well like; phone memory, messages and contacts storage capacity, battery back-up etc. You can also check to see if you get any additional feature which makes your smartphone different.

Operating System (OS):

OS used by a smartphone is an important aspect to consider while you purchase a smartphone. Android OS is used by many phones nowadays. This OS has phone for every budget and also a huge library involving free apps which function over a number of tools. The other choices of OS are Blackberry, Apple, Symbian, and Windows. Blackberry is good for chatting and browsing, whereas Apple provides you the largest collection of apps, but those apps can only be used in an iPhone. It’s always preferred to get the latest and upgraded version of OS while buying a smartphone.

Hardware Specs and Memory:

In order to perform well for a decent smartphone there should be 800 GHz processor and 290 MB of RAM. But if you are looking for better graphic and games then the requirements should be higher. Smartphones have expandable memory options up to 32GB, using a MicroSD card, but it’s important to check the internal memory too. It will be better to purchase a smartphone which has a good built-in memory.

Camera:

This is one of the important features which everyone checks while buying a smartphone. Normally 2MP to 8MP camera is available in most of the smartphones in the current market. But don’t be fooled by high-megapixel claims. The size of the censor and the quality of the lens determines the quality of your picture. In order to be assured, when you’ll buy a smartphone just make sure to click a picture to check the quality.

Battery Back-up:

All those hi-fi features of your phone will be good for nothing if your phone turns off very often. So make sure you research a bit on battery back-up before you buy a smartphone. Since the smartphones are loaded with several features and it’s all about the performance, you can’t expect the battery back-up to be high as other mobile phones.
