Are Ambien Sleeping Pills Unhealthy?

As with most sleep medications, it is a good idea to consult a doctor before considering any sleep aid. Likewise, quitting this sleeping pill should not be done slowly, as it may result in "rebound insomnia" or other problems such as addiction and dependence.
