Why is it so hard to change?

Why is it so hard to change?

Many of us need to change much more than others.

Some of us need to improve but don't want to.

Wishing to change but then not accepting help does what?

A good number want help but fail to trust, or fail to see others as a source of help.

There may be many other excuses, or plain procrastination.

You may have someone close to you that if only they would _____ life would be so much better.

Many also fall in the blame game. I would have, could have, but _______  did.... XXXX, and now look at the fix I am in.

Culture and tradition often play a part as well, my father, and his father did it so I can live with it.

As a life coach I work with a variety of people and cultures, it is interesting to see the great potential people have, but when they get hungup on some of the above items mentioned they fail to take full advantage of what is around them and enjoy the now.

For example many complain about fuel costs, they currently are hovering around $4 a gallon, but what do they do about it?

The holidays are upon us and many will be travelling to visit family and friends, or just get away for a while. Some are having to plan activites around home as the fuel costs are too great.

I show people when they are doing their budget some steps they can take to directly reduce their fuel costs, by not throwing away their receipts. Next year I personally should be saving $1,400 dollars in my fuel costs. How about you?

Ask me how.
