One of the satisfactions of practicing bodybuilding is to see how week after week raised kg increase. Unfortunately when it comes to stall many begin to neglect even the technique to increase the kilograms lifted. I've seen people do lateral raises with dumbbells 20 kg, with the help of impulses in the legs, and yet failing to raise them for half that required the exercise of the excursion. These people should use dumbbells up to 8 kg ... Gain something without risk of injury. So, do not get anything and only risk getting hurt, except the satisfaction of saying they do lateral raises with 20 kg. And no instructor to tell him something ... Everything is normal!

Others are helping by training partner since the first rehearsal, actually doing the exercise with a real weight of less than "nominal" when partner not expected to help in the last 2 reps, and only allow for a perfect performance.

The correct execution of the exercises is important to not get hurt and to get results from training. Very few care for this aspect, assuming that the movements are "natural." In reality, to learn the proper execution of an operation may take weeks.
Multi-joint exercises? No Thanks!

The exercises are those that make more multi-joint, those involving large muscle mass, and involving multiple muscle groups simultaneously. Exercises like squats, deadlifts, chins, pulls the pulley, slow forward, bench presses, crunches and leg elevation to the incline bench, should represent the core of the workout. The isolation exercises should be practiced only for certain muscles and always in order to stabilize the joints, not with enhancing functions (for example, intrarotatori-and extra, hoodies respiratory, abductors).
