Think Lite (up your frequency shift your vibration)
As you can probably well imagine, 'think lite' implies movement to a "lighter" or higher octave of awareness. Because thoughts eventually do become things, it empowers us to travel with lite, rather than heavy thoughts.
We can increase our vibration just by affirming the positive and expecting the very best.
Aligning with the highest possible vibrations at any given time stimulates and invites a shift in consciousness. In turn the higher vibes attract to us that which is associated with the higher, more light-filled frequencies of love, joy and peace. Because we do get back what we put out, we automatically pull in more inspiration when we’re in the love zone than the fear zone. When we’re inspired we manifest accordingly.
Another plus to maintaining energy balance is subtle energy body wellness. This supports good physical health as well. When we feel good, we’re way more receptive to new ideas and different ways of being. In a recent survey 87% said they were more likely to eat better, exercise more often and in general be kinder to themselves and others when they were “feeling” in sync, than when they weren’t experiencing being at the top of their game.
The higher we vibrate the greater the chances are that we will attract that same quality of energy. We open to the creative surge when we’re in the flow of good vibrations.
This is the bedrock of conscious living.
In Terms of 'The Shift ' in consciousness, or energetic alignment with the frequencies of light, we are evolving out of 26,000 years of density into the next phase of great expansion. As one would expect, higher frequencies accompany this shift from darkness to light, and are responsible for the labor pains we feel as we are being pushed up through the glass ceiling of resistance, out into a new way of being.
Fear-based reality is giving way to a love-based intuitive way of being.
Dr. David Hawkins in his book From Force To Power illustrates exactly what’s happening energetically in his ‘Map of Consciousness’. This scale shows us which mindsets vibrate to what frequencies. It’s not hard to understand when looking at this scale of consciousness that anything that vibrates below 200 (fear) is in need of an upgrade.
Being open and receptive to the new energies is key to manifesting the new reality.
This expansion in light frequencies is about to usher in some pretty big changes. The more aligned we are energetically, the easier it will be for us to make ''The Shift” from fear-based to love-based and take our place in the new reality.
A few tips for thinking 'lite':
Ø Delete the need to dump on anything, instead look to see what’s right about it all.
Ø Remember to observe instead of judge, this keeps you neutral and unattached to results.
Ø Replace the words don’t and can’t, shift focus to reflect what you want and what you can do.
Ø Listen to yourself and learn what your most negative command statement is, then turn it into a positive affirmation for yourself and repeat it regularly.
Ø Become account-ABLE. Keep your word or remake a new agreement. Set yourself to master the art of accountability.
Thinking lite can trim the fat off a lowvibe, reactionary lifestyle and deliver you the equivalent of a six pack of rock hard abs in less time than it takes you to get into your gym shoes.
Investing in conscious living is always a wise choice.
