The ‘Why’ of Emotional Intelligence Training

Emotional Intelligence is as valued as intelligence today and it might come as a surprise but it is also behind the failure of many highly qualified professionals who fail to take emotionally viable decisions. Professionals possess all the necessary skill set and tools to tackle complex situations except emotional intelligence and that dooms havoc on their decisions.
