Absolutely identical training, which induced exactly identical biochemical reactions in two different individuals, may have a diametrically different effect on the resulting performance. In the acceptance and utilization of the training load, the individual characteristics of the athlete always have the last word. Not only the long-term or permanent ones, such as talent or training, but also the immediate ones, such as fatigue or mental condition.
