Solution 2 a problem -How 2 really lose those unwanted pounds
So, you llike to eat... But the problem is...you're an over eater...you consume way too much and possibly all the wrong foods I bet!? Those high in fat, sugar, refined flours, oil,and butter!
Your an over eater who really wants to cut down on your food intake, shed those unsightly, unwanted extra pounds, for good forever, right!?
I can guarantee, you've bought and tried all those expensive diet books, shakes and powders, secret formulas, weight watcher styled diet meals and shakes, and paid for classes.You've bought and downed many hard to swallow weight reduction pills, and hypnotism. You've made all the declarations and new years resolutions,and defeating self-promises!
Yet, you're still unhappy, and more overweight than ever!
Nothing ever seemed to work! But this will, but only if you try it!!
Now ask yourself, do you really want to lose all those extra pounds, right now, from this minute on, forever !?
For you to quit forever, you first must have the mindset that will "drive" you, that gives you the upmost determination to lose weight today, no matter what! No matter what it will take! You are 1050% prepared to DO or DIE! Nothing, and I mean N-O-T-H-I-N-G , and N-O O-N-E will stop you, or stand in your way!

"I (put your full name here) do DECLARE that on Monday 7th November, at 12:00 p.m. (a DETERMINED date and time, that you will lose weight and stay slim, forever)
I WILL lose weight and stay slim, forever.
BUT, as a recompense (payback) for my failure, being the honest person that I am, I will consume 1 750 gram can of Dog food."
Then sign it and date it.
And place this somewhere where you will see it every morning when you wake up, and go about your day! This is for your eyes only!
Now you will create a PUBLIC DELARATION...
Get another piece of lined A4, and write this title at the top...
MY PUBLIC DELARATION.
I (put your full name here) do DECLARE that on Monday 7th November, (a DETERMINED date you will lose weight and stay slim forever)

And place this somewhere where your friends, or family, will see it every morning when you wake up, as you go about your day! This is for your family or friends, to see it, every time they come over to visit you. Now go tell every one you know that you ARE going to lose weight and stay slim forever, (Don't tell them you're going on any diet, they'll only laugh, and say they've heard it all before!)
This is the reason why it's named a PUBLIC DECLARATION.
Because anyone designated your family or friend, will hold you to your promise to lose weight and stay slim forever. Because they really love or care about you. To make it more fun, get your family members, your kids especially, (if you indeed have kids, if not try nephews, nieces etc). Let them choose which flavored can you will eat, upon failure to accomplish your promise. If you get caught overeating, pigging out on crap, and not sticking to your promise, or you quit, anywhere, any time! Believe me, if you let them do this, they will hold you to your promise, or face ridicule for a long, long time!
Place the can where you will see it on a daily basis. Read all of its Ingredients on the Label whenever you get a craving for that tempting, tasty sugar-loaded cake or that greasy as Kentucky fried Chicken!! This works to remind you that if you fail, what you will be downing in great chunks! How horrible it will taste going down the back of your throat!
Trust me...I have eaten cat food by mistake, as there were two plates of leftovers, mince and rice combined in the fridge. Unluckily I chose the 1 mixed with CAT LUCKY . Only a whole 1.5 litre bottle of Coco Cola hurriedly sculled, removed that taste after 10 minutes or so!!
Okay, you'll naturally get cravings, and want to satisfy your sweet tooth!That's natural. Any quitter will get them.
Withdrawls can play heavy on the mind of an over-indulgent eater. But if you are driven, and so determined to quit for good forever, then nothing will stop you or stand in your way if you are brave like a lion and stand fast and determined!
I know; because I was slim, then became an overeater, and couch potato earlier in 1997, due to a girl friend making me huge meals and saying with a scorn on her face "EAT IT! EAT IT ALLLLL!"
and I have tried all the techniques, diet products and weight loss programs, and new amazing fads. Like you, I've tried to cut down my calorie intake, lose weight and stay slim forever but always failed miserably!
So I tried another, and failed!
Then tried another new fad, and failed! And so on and so on...
Until I discovered, then recreated a method to lose weight and stay slim forever!
Find something to do with your hands. Make it a habit. As a bad habit can only be killed completely, if you replace it with another better habit!

It's great for getting rid of any bad habits!
