Reiki Reflexology

Reflexology and Reiki are both designed to balance all body systems and therefore in reflexology, the whole foot is worked - and with 7200 nerve endings in the bottom of each foot corresponding to every part, gland or organ in your body, a reflexology session will induce your rest and repair mode to assist balancing you physically, mentally and spiritually, which then allows the body to heal or repair itself more efficiently.

In Reiki - the energy is directed with pure intent and source energy. A Reiki Practictioner can direct the energy back in time, forward to the future or remain in the present and that much can be controlled - but how or where the energy is used is up to source energy - it will go where it is needed most to start the balancing of the body systems.

Reflexology is a natural healing art, a stress reliever, assists the release of endorphins that create a calming and enhanced feeling of relaxation and, greatly enhances the body's ability to rid itself of toxins and blockages that create stress.

A Certified Reflexologist applies pressure to reflexes in the foot, hand or ear to affect an involuntary response to a stimulus from the autonomic nervous system. Nerve impulses from receptors are then transmitted to the central nervous system which in return send outward signals to other body organs, glands or cells.

It is amazing just how much stress can be relieved from one session. Your Body knows best where and when to begin the healing process and will direct any energy to the most critical part first. Like Reiki, the body's innate wisdom knows exactly where to begin the healing process.

The idea of regular sessions to aleviate stress within the body is in order to allow the body to return to homeostasis after each stressful episode. (disease, illness, depression )

While Reiki is often performed using substitutes for the intended client, Reflexology can also be performed by distance.  As a practitioner of both arts, I perform the full session as if the client was attending an office visit.  And each online request for services is provided personal attention for the time allotted for the appointment.
