First observation: the appetite that gripped me almost constantly for years seems to have left me, because even at dinner time I have to admit I'm still hungry. All the better, because before me stretches a long table laden with sweet desserts (cheesecake, pastries, etc..) And fine cheeses Paleo CookBooks. I just fruit salad and I do not feel deprived in any way.

Second effect: the next morning, I noticed that I slept a deep, restful sleep, but since I had spent the previous day to get a massage and pampering, I refrain from jumping to conclusions.

When returning home, I feel fit and relaxed completely. After two weeks, my colleagues began to notice changes: I have a clearer complexion, eyes more vivid. Not to mention that I lost four pounds, still not hungry. And, as at the very beginning, I continue to fall like a bag bedtime to sleep soundly until morning.

My lunch bag now weighs a ton, in charge of leftover meat from yesterday, which I add fruits and vegetables. I keep a jar full of nuts on my desk. Instead of 5-10 fruits and vegetables daily recommended I go up the dose to 12-15. I see people around me fall back on sandwiches, pizza, muffins, etc.., But I'm not even tempted.
