What Personalty Type Are You?

I recently took the Jung Type Personality Test. I found the test to be accurate and helped me explore the way I think, the atmosphere I work best in, the people I feel more confortable around, my decesion making modes and other interesting characteristics.

This article touches lightly what the Jung Typology test it is and on how can used in a practicle way.

The Jung Typology Test (as well recognized as the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator) is a personality indicator developed to guide a person in discovering significant personal attributes. Also there are no right or wrong answers, and is therefore not always regarded as a "test" but considerably more of a self-examination.

The Jung Typlogy Test is a good indicator that one can learn about ones inborn traits and allows the opportunity to improve how one applies them in different content. Therefore this examination can provide much personal development and the opportunity for growth.

MBTI is a well known evaluative tool. Numerous educational institutions and universities use it in career counseling to help guide students in to ideal fields for their personality types. In the business world, organizations make use of it to make hiring decisions, determine leadership potential among employees, style and design training for specific employee needs, assist in team building, and help deal with conflicts between employees.

Therefore giving people an improved understanding of their behavior and preferecnes, helping improve productivity, develop relationship and make life decisions.
