We are a holistic E- monthly publication dedicated to an expanding awareness that will support the integration of the mind, body, emotions and soul. Articles, interviews, art, music, poetry and community news supporting all those seeking personal development and spiritual growth starting from the inside then expanding out. We aim to give our readers access to information that will allow them to actualize their spiritual consciousness and human potential, through personal wellness.

While conscious of a higher purpose in our lives, we also want to remain well grounded, acknowledging the need to be productive on this physical plane.

We seek to contribute to the growth of humanity in coming to understand that we are all connected. We believe we all have the power to make a difference by expanding our own perceptions and beliefs.

I  have been expressing myself through Art since I was very young. Although I haven't taken any Art classes, I find myself in a state of higher consciousness when I am creating art.

To explore this beautiful world with passion is a gift! To express yourself with a medium  such as paint is a gift! As Eckhart Tolle says to paint from a place of NO-MIND is amazing! If you're searching for a weightless and quiet place within yourself, a place of no noise and peace, try painting. Let go of all judgments, you're not in a competition!

You're allowing yourself to feel freedom and pleasure! Feeling the paint glide on your canvas, you don't have to make sense out of what you're doing.. Let your higher self create through you!

I hope you enjoy my art. Try to open your mind and allow yourself to ponder where I may have been when I was creating this art, how relaxed I was and what I was feeling in order to come up with what you see.

I think art is very subjective, you like it or not and it depends on your sensitivity. It should not be judged or compared but experienced through all you senses and feelings. I do take a lot picture but little publish, my wife does it too. She also paints. We love art but this we like :)
