The foundations of this house - which was conducted for € 180,000 - are concrete, as its floor, built on crawl space. The walls are wooden frame with a thickness of 160 mm insulation.
The roof consists of a traditional pine frame, cover and insulation are implemented through emboutement and flat tiles with a thickness of 240 mm of glass wool.
The walls are wood and Placostyl ®. External woodwork are aluminum type 4/16 Argon / TBE4, while interior woodwork implement doorsets fir. Floor, parquet. Some walls are covered with pine paneling. The ceiling is plasterboard ® BA 13.
The house is tempered by a low temperature floor heating system. This cable system, embedded in a concrete reinforced with a welded mesh, is invisible: by removing the radiator, it frees up space and parts, acting by radiation, diffuse the heat evenly throughout the house.
