John Kasich s office at the end of the month in hopes of filling the probate judge s seat left vacant when Judge Robert A. Hagler retired. Interviews will be conducted March 25, according to Adolfo Tornichio, Executive Chair of the Greene County Republican Committee. Hagler retired Feb. 28 after serving 40 years as a Greene County judge in both the probate and juvenile courts. In October 2012, the bar association sent out an e-mail notifying members that a vacancy was coming, Tornichio said, and five candidates responded with r sum s. After interviews held last November, the central committee recommended three candidates: Thomas O Diam, David Pendry and Anthony Zaharieff. O Diam, whose practice is located at 75 Harbert Dr., Beavercreek. His practice focuses on estate planning and estate administration,Colin Kaepernick T shirts, trust and probate law. David Lynn Pendry, 133 E. Market St., Xenia, practices business, divorce, estate planning, family, general civil, juvenile, landlord tenant, probate, real estate, and tax law. Anthony J Zaharieff, 100 E. Market St. has been practicing law since 1970. His areas of practice include divorce, dissolution, custody, child support, spousal support, guardianships, criminal, traffic, personal injury,New England Patriots T shirts, wrongful death. Hagler was the longest tenured common pleas court judge in Ohio and he has been active in the National College of Probate Judges and the Ohio Probate Judges Association for several years. In addition has served on the executive committee for both.
