A Cat Is A Warm Addition To The Home
A cat is a small, economical, clean, yet friendly and loving pet. Owning one brings many rewards.
Cats may have a reputation for aloofness and independence, but that is not the whole story. They are very affectionate and loyal with a person they know and trust. This animal is as responsive to your moods as a dog but shows it in different ways. Here are some great reasons to bring a one into your home.
Cats are economical. Medical bills are smaller for these creatures than for larger animals; food and toys are cheaper, too. If yours stays indoors all the time the chances for injury and illness are much smaller, and you won’t be paying for flea and tick prevention, either.
They are flexible pets. They can be completely indoor pets, or indoor/outdoor pets. You don’t need to be constantly cleaning a cage, but you don’t have to take it outside and walk it, either.
Cats are low maintenance. If your pet likes to go outside, you won’t have to worry about a litter box, but if it does use one, it already knows how to use the box, and is neat and tidy.
They are cuddly. A small warm fur ball in the crux of your arm is the perfect stress relief after a long day. These animals are known to have beneficial psychological effects for their owners, such as lowering anxiety and encouraging relaxation.
Purring is cool. What other animal can do anything that amazing? It’s satisfying to have affectionate feedback from your companion without it slobbering or jumping on you. This also makes them better pets for a family with small children.
They are playful and curious. Just watching one explore bags, boxes and cabinets can be great entertainment.
They are hunters and guardians. Not only can they keep the house free of critters, but their acute hearing will let you know if something is going on around the house.
They live comfortably in most any space. Most apartments allow them, and most people are not afraid of them. You will never worry about your neighbor suing you over a cat attack. They are easy to travel with and can be taken to most hotels. You can even carry them on the plane.
Cats don’t smell. You don’t need to bathe them, because they are self-cleaning. If you are ready to allow a cat into your life, make sure you visit a clinic for cat care in Morgan Hill.
