Will Marketers Finally Regain Respect With The General Public When VAROLO Launches?

Dec 16th 2010 at 1:11 PM

Please see VAROLO Here and then come back to read my thoughts! :)

If you have seen the opening video that Varolo has presented, you will notice that their position maintains that our profession as advertisers and marketers is on shaky ground with most of the public, and that Varolo might be one of a few brilliant solutions to that concern...

I am of a mind that most of the efforts to elevate web 2.0 and it's dazzling connectivity stance certainly aims to make "nice " with regular folks by giving them cool places to hang out and actual MONEY for watching ads and such.

In light of the still very popular "Get-Paid-To's " that are mainly web 1.0 ideas, VAROLO seems to be aiming a more polished and lucrative experience at it's prospective members and offering greater and more responsive "targets " for it's prospective advertisers.

This type of upscale platform has been aimed at by the gaming industry and that model maybe provided the skeleton for Varolo's adventure into this huge market...

I would only hope that this will aim a kinder light at those of us who have always walked away from the seedier side of making money online.

I am anxious to grow my own VAROLO Village, and I am extending a welcome to my readers to join with me.

There is something good about a project that pledges to remain free, even if you should wish to become an Associate, as well ...

I want to hear from you in your comments below, so please take a moment to tell me what you might be thinking or feeling about Web 2.0 these days.
