Why I run and not lose weight?

. • Obesity: + 32% in women, + 25% in men. Sometimes, trying to reach a level of body fat low influences our hormonal levels.

To increase cortisol we   perceive more stress and decreases overall performance. You can run fast with an acceptable amount of body fat and spoil it all if you spend stripe.
