a) Later in the day you will be hungrier than normal and eat a bigger portion or more food than you would of than if you ate breakfast.
b) It slows your metabolism down, meaning that when you eat the next meal, your body will store any excess calories that it does not need as fat.
Another benefit of eating breakfast is, it speeds up your metabolism for the day meaning that any excess calories will not turn to fat and your body will actively aid your weight loss as muscle burns any fat over it faster.
