Want to close more sales? Have your prospects call you.

I recently heard Max Stiegemeier discuss his "reverse marketing" strategy in his daily training session for P.O.P.  I was rather skeptical about this approach, however I have tried it and I have to say it is very effective. 

It may not be everyone's cup of tea but lets face it, if you are an internet marketer you are essentially a salesperson.  If you can't sell or promote yourself then internet marketing is probably not for you.

For those of you unfamiliar with reverse marketing here is a quick synopsis. 
>> First search any of the large classified ad sites on the net.
>> Drill down to the Home Business Opportunity section
>> Find ads for any and all internet home based business opportunities.
>> Isolate those ads with a phone number.
>> If no phone number - respond with an email including your phone number asking them to call back

Now for the tougher part...

>> Call the person who has posted their ad and ask them about the product.
>> Ask how well they are doing
>> At some point during the conversation turn the tide of the conversation to YOUR product or service.
>> Invite them to your nightly call or website to  learn about your product.
>> Ask them to write down your conference call number, your phone number and email
>> You already have their number - request their email

One of the products iSoMarketing represents is Passive Online Profits.  I discovered the reverse marketing approach in one of their daily free training sessions.  As I said earlier I was skeptical but I've seen it work time and time again.  P.O.P is a product that can help any online marketer or home business person improve their sales so it is relatively easy for me to reverse the conversation, and roles during the call.

My objective is simple: I want them to listen to the nightly conference call about P.O.PI ask them to write down the number 712.432.3100 and the Code 181528 and the time 8:00PM every evening.  I ask them to repeat the number and to call me (201.467.4846) or email me after they have heard the conference call.  By doing this I have taken control of the conversation. 

I have experienced considerable success with this marketing method by adding people to my prospect list and closing sales.  Try it! It works and it will work for you.I've tried this over a dozen times now and have had a very high success rate.  Four of my calls brought in leads to the Live Conference Calls and I closed 1 sale.
