Forged Marketers know how crucial having a USP is to actually being successful in Marketing. What is USP you ask, Unique Selling Proposition and it is what separates the successful from the rest of the pack.
Unique - It clearly sets you apart from your competition, positioning you the more logical choice.
Selling - It persuades another to exchange money for a product or service.
Proposition - It is a proposal or offer suggested for acceptance.
A helpful way to develop this is to 1st list the features of your product or company. Then from the features you come up with the benefits, this is what will sell. Features are more facts, benefits appeal on a more emotional level. How is your customers life, project going to be benefited from using your product or company. What satisfaction are they going to gain. The more you appeal across emotional, empathetic or spiritual triggers the better the conversion.
