Uinvest Review

Dec 17th 2012 at 3:44 PM

My review of the Uinvest investment program.  I have to agree that Univest is not like most high yield income programs (HYIP) I have seen.   The main Uinvest, Inc. office located in Ukraine, Russia.  They have been incorporated in the Ukraine since 4/4/2007.  Univest, Inc. has also opened an office in Beverly Hills, CA on 6/14/2011 (CA entity #C3385516).  The agent for service of process for the US, is the Law Office of Jonas M. Grant, Woodland Hills, CA.

What is Univest? Basically they are an intermediary company with links between capital owners and business owners, where investors (you) can invest money by buying shares of companies (mostly in the Ukraine, Russia, and Eastern Europe).  Members funds are overseen by Uinvest financial professionals.  They offer several viable business opportunities, ranging from small businesses to restaurants, hotels, manufacturing facilities and even industrial equipment.

How Do You Make Money? First you fund your Uinvest eWallet (they accept Wire Transfer, Credit Card, Bank Check, Liberty Reserve, Payza & Paypal.).  You then decide on which business you want to purchase shares in and these shares offer earnings between 5% to 19% monthly. You will receive a shares certificate (where your name & number of shares are specified) confirming your ownership by regular mail.  Also in your mail package, you will find a business review with a description of the business, photos and its address.

Univest makes their money by charging you a service fee of 10% of your earnings (deducted from your  account when you request a withdraw).

They also offer referral commission of between 5% and 15% (depending on the amount of money your referrals invest) for those members who refer others to join Uinvest and make a deposit.

What I Like About Univest..... They are very transparent, compared to most HYIP programs, as you can verify their company documents of incorporation, ect. and have added a recent security feature called IP Protection which was launched on 30 November 2011. This security feature is a security feature that prevents an unknown person from accessing your account via IP recognition system.

The program is "passive" meaning that you do not have to sign up referrals to earn money.  It has no minimum withdraw amount and they have been paying all withdrawal request for more than a year now.

What I Dislike About Univest..... This program does require a minimum investment of between $100 to $1,000 to start, unlike a lot of other HYIP programs that can be got into for as little as $10.

My Opinion.... Because of the transparency of the company and the fact that they have been paying out for more than a year, I would consider this HYIP a Medium Risk investment and worth investing in.  So I have invested $200, two weeks ago, and purchased 2 shares in a Ukraine casino.  Now I will see how much (if any) I earn each month.

But with that said, you must also remember that it still is a HYIP and you should never invest money into any HYIP that you are not willing to lose and you first objective with any HYIP program is to first work on recovering your original investment (seed money), before re-investing any of your earnings.
