The Best Natural Way to Cure Allergies

Jul 26th 2010 at 12:09 PM

Anyone with allergies knows they can make us feel downright miserable. I had allergies as a kid... the stuffy nose, post nasal drip, hay fever stuff, and my eyes would get so itchy, red and irritated, I'd want to just scratch them out! We didn't have the over-the-counter or prescription meds available when I was growing up like what is out there today, so I just lived with the discomfort year after year.

As a young adult I developed asthma, and I can tell you that can be very scary! When I was having an "attack", I could literally feel my lungs filling up and closing off, rendering me unable to get a good breath, and unable to stop coughing or clear the wheezing from my lungs. Fortunately that didn't happen often, but it did occur from time to time for a number of years, and I kept an inhaler close by "just in case".

When I first noticed that my allergies were gone, I realized it was actually as a side-effect of doing a colon and liver cleanse for other health purposes. I didn't know at the time that my allergies would go away, but they sure did... even the asthma! I learned that cleaning your colon and your liver can make such a dramatic difference in the way your body functions, that the allergies just simply disappear. No joke. I no longer have any respiratory allergies.... at all... for nearly 12 years now!

There happens to be a strong connection between the digestive membranes and the respiratory system membranes. This is why a general colon cleanse followed by a liver cleanse can be very helpful in desensitizing and stabilizing respiratory and immune reactions... not to mention the countless other health benefits from doing a colon and liver cleanse!

Get started cleansing now, and you'll likely notice that your allergies won't be so bad this fall. And by next spring... happy breathing!!

Excellent post Terry. I look forward to reading more from you. I actually had terrible allergies as a kid. I was allergic to everything from dust to chocolate to the fur of my precious feline. As the years passed I outgrew all but one. I believe that as I processed old emotion I was freed physically. I still can't tollerate wool close to my skin for any length of time, but who knows, maybe someday that too will change.

Hi, Terry: Thanks for this interesting article about the best natural way to cure allergies. This is a confirmation of something I have suspected for a few years now, that there is a direct connection between the digestive system and the respiratory system. I haven't considered a liver cleanse, but it is now on my radar! Thanks again. :-)
