Smoking contributes to wrinkling
Do not smoke
Smoking contributes to wrinkling. Smoking narrows the tiny blood vessels in the outermost layers of the skin, which then reduces the flow of blood. This depletes the skin of oxygen and nutrients that are essential for skin health. Smoking also damages collagen and elastic fibers that give skin its strength and elasticity. In addition, the repetitive facial expressions during smoking cause wrinkles around the mouth and eyes (e.g., eyes squinting against the smoke).
3rd Do not overdo it with hygiene.
Hot water and long showers or bath to remove from the body surface protection film therefore not shower or bathe more times than necessary. Also, do not use too hot water and stay in the bath shorten? Avoid degreasing and too aggressive soaps.
4th Shave carefully
Before each shave, apply to the skin before shaving gel and then apply lotion after shaving. Use a clean, sharp razor. Shave in the direction of hair growth, never against them.
