The latest buzz rippling through the network marketing industry is being generated by an excited and enthusiastic group of marketers called Pur3X aka the Pure Energy Club. Why all the buzz and excitement? Well, you have a great product in a new growth market that young people absolutely love, plus those excited and enthusiastic distributors I mentioned earlier, add a debt-free company that pays more than 2/3 of its revenues back to its distributors, and a marketing and compensation plan that the average person could explain in less than 5 minutes, and you have a winning formula for network marketing success. The real beauty of the Pur3X opportunity truly lies in its simplicity. When distributors do not have to remember a lot of product prices, comp-plan levels, pay structures, retail vs. wholesale prices, etc. they can comfortably and easily present this business opportunity to others with the confidence that they won't forget or omit anything. When the distributor can present more comfortably and easily, they are apt to do so more often. Their prospects also see that "this is easy, and if they can do it, then so can I". Ordering and distributing the products is as simple as can be as well. But there is nothing simple about the company or its products.
Pur3x is a Utah based, beverage company founded by self-made multi-millionaire Andrew Rinehart in October 2009. The company had an official launch this past January in Atlanta, Georgia. Mr. Rinehart, who serves as the CEO, funded the company with his own money, and therefore is totally committed to its success. He even vowed on camera during the company launch in Atlanta to not take a dime of money out of the company for personal use for at least the remainder of 2010 and that he would NEVER lower the compensation plan. Because he is the only owner, this means all revenue is recycled back into distributor commissions, research and development, and new products. He also promised to always run a debt-free company. With no debt to service each month and no CEO salary to pay, you've got a company with a long-term vision for the future where the chance of failure is a lot less than for normal start-ups. Doing business this way also engenders the loyalty and commitment of the sales force. The distributors know that management is "in it to win it", that management is committed to them and their success, and that they are important to and appreciated by management. They also know that management is committed to producing a quality product that they can be proud to represent.
The Pur3X product line capitalizes on the newly emergent and fast growing energy drink market. However, Pur3X offers a healthy alternative to the caffiene and sugar-laden energy drinks that you usually find on the market today. Pur3X produces what they appropriately call "designer beverages". These drinks are "designed" to address specific health-oriented issues such as energy, weight loss, mental focus and acuity, appetite suppression, athletic performance, bone and joint health, cardiovascular health, healthy skin, hair, and nails, and even help with physical intimacy. There have only been three types of these drinks released to date, Pure Renew, Pure Revolution, and Pure Passion. I've tried the first two and they are delicious!
Pure Renew is chocked full of vitamins, antioxidants, and minerals that our bodies need on a daily basis. It does contain caffeine, but only has 1/3 of the sugar content and half the calories of the competition.
Pure Revolution is great tasting, carbonated energy drink that delivers over 12 kinds of fruits and vegetables with the exotic acai berry extract to promote good immune health. It has no caffeine, artificial coloring or flavor.
Pure Passion, just released this March, is a sexual enhancer some are calling "Viagra in a can, no prescription required". Pur3X will continue to roll-out new designer beverages over time, but the exciting part is that the price will be the same for all beverages, no matter which health function it is "designed" to address. As long as we are on the subject on money, there is also a $45 activation fee to join the Pure Energy Club as an Independent Business Owner as well as a Preferred Customer. The new distributor will receive their own personal website to help track their business and sales volume, and through which customers can purchase product or choose to join their business. Joining Pur3X as a distributor also makes one eligible for spillover, which bring us to the compensation plan.
It's simple - Get three people to sign-up, and you're at the HIGHEST LEVEL you will ever be within the company!
That's pretty much the comp-plan in a nutshell. It is a 3x12 forced-matrix that pays generous commissions between $6.00 - $8.00 monthly for every person in your matrix down 12 levels deep. The only catch is that you have to personally sponsor three people to qualify for the commissions. This will help deter those who join and rely on the work of others for compensation! So everyone has to do at least a little work, and you better believe that everyone is vested in your success. I have to stop here and say that it is rare in this industry to find a company that is willing to pay 12 levels deep. Just think, you can have over 530,000 distributors on the 12th level alone! Try multiplying that by $8 per month! This is a true ground-floor opportunity.
The news gets better still though, because you don't have to stop at 3 people. You can personally enroll as many as you want. Rob Hubbard (robertghubbard.com) personally enrolled 9 people his first month in the business and helped those 9 enroll another 25! Jessica Bonds (www.jessicabonds.com) has experienced similar results. You would think that it would be easy to find 9 people who want to be financially free. But it's not, as I'm sure Rob or Jessica can attest. It takes hard work and dedication to build anything worthwhile in this industry. It does help to have strong upline support and leadership like that provided by Rob, Jessica, and some of the other leaders in Pur3X to provide training and help explain the opportunity to prospective friends and relatives. But that old saying is true, "if it's to be, it's up to me". Pur3X is an excellent vehicle to propel you to financial freedom. But you have to get in the vehicle, strap on your seat belt, put the vehicle in gear, and steer it to where you want to go. There will be obstacles along the way, potholes, detours, bridges out, etc. People like Rob and Jessica are there to tow you out of the ditch, re-orient you, and help you along the way. So if you persist, and don't quit, it is all there for the taking.
When you put everything together: Management commitment, enthusiastic distributors, strong upline support, outstanding products, lucrative pay plan, plus simplicity; it looks like a winner to me.
