My interests include tattoo designing and holistic health. As a tattoo designer with over 20 years of experience, with a growing family, I have taken to natural healing like a fat kid to a chocolate cake. Over the last 15 years my 2 daughters have had an education in holistic methods and have subsequently begun to rely on these methods while raising their own children. My 2 girls have now blessed us with 6 grandchildren, delightful kids who live close enough that I can see them every day if I wish. Life is good! I have a host of websites and have recently begun a site for my mother, highlighting some of the stories she made up when I was a child and later put to paper so I could read them to my daughters during their early years. My girls have also read these stories to their own children, who also appreciate how clever their great grandmother is. The site I speak of is well worth a peek and can be found at

Learning the Art of Internet Marketing

Jul 2nd 2010 at 4:03 AM

Over the last few years it seems that everybody is an expert at internet marketing. Every day somebody comes out with a new ecourse, video training series or ebook training package but most of them are the same rehashed, incomplete systems that have been scamming the last few dollars from potential marketers since the 'make money from home' niche first saw the light of day.

While it is true that many so-called 'Gurus' are adept at making an absolute fortune online, very few of them can actually grasp the concept of teaching. Many of those who can teach are holding back the odd tid-bit intentionally which inevitably has the same effect as those who can not teach at all. You can not succeed at this game if you do not have all the facts.

Now, while I do not proclaim to be a 'Guru', at least I am not charging you for the information that I do impart on you. It is also true that I am not a teacher, so some of my information may also have holes in it. The difference is that

a:- I do not intentionally leave holes in the information I supply

b:- I will attempt to fill those holes if they are pointed out to me

So, if you find a piece of information on my pages that is incomplete or incorrect, please notify me and I will address it. If you have questions, leave a comment under the appropriate post or send me an email. I will identify an answer as soon as I can and I will get back to you.

As I said earlier, I do not proclaim to be a Guru and I do not profess to know everything there is to know about internet marketing. I do, however, know more than the average bear and I am happy to impart this knowledge on anyone whom I think I can help - at no cost.

My blog, at, is full of tutorial style posts that will fill in some of the blanks for you. Any further blanks will be filled on request. This site started out as a step-by-step tutorial guide from the basics on up, but it soon lost track as requests came in for various problems that my associates were having. Each subsequent post was aimed at dealing with those requests and simply never got back on track as a step-by-step guide.

There simply are not enough hours in the day to do both, a step-by-step guide and responding to requests. I have therefore chosen to deal with the requests as a priority because I can be assured that at least my regular readers are gaining the benefit of my knowledge and making headway in their internet marketing endeavors.

My aim is to fill the gaps left by the experts. Simply tell me what you need and I will do my best to help you.

Thanks, Colin. I like your way of going about things a whole lot better than the so called Gurus. ~L
